Since joining Angels on Call in 2015, I have experienced a truly collaborative and fulfilling journey. I have had the pleasure of working with a dedicated and supportive team, consistently focusing on delivering high-quality care to the communities we serve. One of my highlights has been contributing to the growth of the business, expanding from 4 small offices to nearly 20 throughout Pennsylvania. I cherish the variety each day brings, knowing that my efforts help others have the choice to age, heal, and thrive in their preferred environments, while also assisting teammates in finding fulfilling careers. The positive and encouraging work culture has greatly supported my professional development, allowing me to cultivate expertise in home and community-based services, Medicaid, advocacy, and staff development. I am grateful for the opportunities I’ve had and the lasting impact we’ve made on so many lives.

Quality Healthcare is a great place to work for young individuals who are just starting off with a family and starting off. They are really understanding when it comes to family. They also have "Wednesday snack day" which is great, more so if you are into Kosher, Jewish style food. I love the sushi (unfortunately, no longer ordered because of ungrateful staff) and salad. Pizza is also not bad. All other choices are really geared towards the Jewish taste palate. The company as a whole needs a great deal of organization. There was a supervisor who "supervised" a department for 2 years, once they realized that he was not doing his job what so ever, they fired him and the department that he was supervising closed because they could not survive the huge deficit he caused. This speaks less about the supervisor and more about the higher ups. How did it take you 2 years to realize that he was running your money into the ground. Anyway, I wish them all of the best.

A typical day at work was fast-paced, requiring strong problem-solving and multitasking skills. I learned valuable industry insights, improved my leadership abilities, and gained experience in strategic decision-making.  The workplace culture encouraged collaboration and innovation, making it a great environment for growth. The hardest part of the job was managing tight deadlines and balancing multiple priorities.

I have been at Quality for 14 years and was promoted to a management position 10 years ago.  There is room for growth if you are a team player, add positive value and work hard. They are now offering a 401k retirement plan. My wish is that it started earlier.  The new management of last 2 years tries to 
improve benefits and work
Life balance.  There is also more
Accountability so responsibility is greater.   They are respectful of your time and work to create a pleasant environment. 

We try to make it fun! I get along well with my coworkers. Days typically go by very fast, as I am kept incredibly busy. The flexibility with my hours is the biggest plus of my job and the ability to work from home when needed. I have learned so much about Home Health Care, the Home Health regulations and Medicare guidelines. I have learned many things during my short time with this company. I look forward to learning more.

Working at Honor is incredible, the day always starts with a greeting to my bosses and we plan what we will do for the day and how we are going to distribute the time, then we get to work and if we have questions my boss is always willing to help me.

The company is amazing to work for. There is a great sense of responsibility across the whole company! Everyone is nice and a pleasure to work with. The Work/life balance is great! I get to have a life outside of work! A lot of company events and outings. Good Benefits and Pay! What more can you ask for in a company? 

Working at Honor Health has been one of the highlights of my career. Leadership genuinely feels invested in my career in my advancement. There is tons of upward mobility, new projects, an opportunity to showcase my skills. My only regret is that I wish I had found them sooner.

They hired me to work here, went through orientation , just for them to tell me they would find me something, then after multiple phone calls they didn’t get me anything, and then they just fully ghosted me and sent me an email for unemployment!  could have had a great employee if you actually trained/scheduled me

I was hired 5 years ago for 1 job and have taken 4 promotions since then. They really focus on your journey, what do you want to do, what impact do you want to have. It is very open and caring.
