The facility itself is nice, very classy and the patients that go there are sometimes famous people. Most of the doctors are easy to work with and some of the nurses are nice others are very arrogant. The business office it self its alright. Management makes it very difficult to feel comfortable and to feel like you belong, they are always hiring new personnel in the business office. You get hire for one thing and end up doing a million and they do not compensate you for it. A work day is very busy but manageable. There is no advancement in the business office. The compensation is not that great even if you have experience.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Not a great place very stuck up, cheap low pay  They expect you to go in for a few hours and only get paid for those hours we're most surgery centers will pay you four hours minimum 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Unfriendly staff doctors are not very nice

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
All business  no small talk and staff not friendly 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
a few cases and than all busy work

There are several job postings at this time for this facility.  That speaks enough about how this facility is run. Management ruins the moral of their employees, which in turn causes a higher turnover rate. I would not recommend this job for a hardworking employee who's looking for  long-term employment. Due to management discouragement on a daily basis. 


Hudson Crossing is an amazing facility to work. The surgery center is good place to work starting with the workplace culture where everyone helps each other as team. The most enjoyable part of working at Hudson Crossing is the professional level and the everyone provides the best care .

There was never a day in which I needed help and was left hanging. It was very busy at times but duable. My manager was lovely and very caring. My co workers were very helpful and willing to teach. I was always learning something new.

Excellent work environment where quality patient care and patient satisfaction is the norm.
The waiting room is very attractive and the examination rooms are accommodating. 
Very friendly staff.

Great teamwork and moral. Every dept has their gripes but overall its a well run facility.  Management does their best to be compliant and safe which is paramount.  They also try to have special events and ways to say thank you. 

Very busy most of the time, I learned how to work on different programs. Co-worker were okay everyone kept to themselves. I enjoyed the afternoon because I knew I was about to go home.

High patient volume with top-notch surgeons.  Co-workers help each other get through the day.  Nice sense of team work in each area.  Opportunity to develop rapport with patients.

I have learned a lot working at Hudson Crossing, however there is no room for growth.
