Throughout my time with HumanEdge I have had the opportunity to learn new disciplines, work in a variety of locations and have the autonomy to develop client relationships that make sense for our clients and HumanEdge.  HumanEdge offers both structured training with industry experts and the ability to take the initiative to achieve certifications specific to our industry.  The staffing industry, as a whole, requires hard work to succeed.  HumanEdge provides the tools needed, but it is up to me to utilize those tools and put the effort in.  I have always had access to all levels of the organization to help support my professional growth and the needs of our clients and staff.  

It is one of the few companies that I have worked with where our CEO is accessible to everyone.  He is hands on, available to ask questions and truly enjoys seeing people be successful in the staffing industry.  He encourages staff to develop their skills, move out of their comfort zone and grow their careers.    Branches are encouraged to make smart, independent decisions regarding how to run their business.  However, we can always rely on the support of our corporate office to provide support when needed.  I am proud of the years that I have spent with HumanEdge and look forward to many more.

The leadership and staff at HumanEdge are amazing. I have been with the company for several years and it has been an incredible journey. I have managed to grow my income significantly, I have attended many training events that facilitated my success and I enjoy going to work every day in an industry that can be challenging. 
The culture is great, I have worked side by side many years with a team of intelligent professionals that were not only mentors but became family. The CEO has continuously supported my success and has created an autonomous culture which facilitates creativity  and flexibility. It is simple to be successful at HumanEdge, care about your success and they will give you the tools to achieve it.

Been at HumanEdge less than a year, and feel I've made a horrible mistake joining. Culture is awful, company is run by one person who is an awful person with no leadership skills. People's job security seems to constantly be up in the air and positions are changed randomly which affect responsibilities, pay, and enjoyment of your work..

Horrible experience.  Stay away!  I was hired by this agency to work for JP fletcher Creamer.   Was lied to over and over again saying I was going to be made permanent only to get let go. Very unprofessional.  I hope my experience helps someone so they do not work hard and be loyal only to be used.  Work smart and walk away from this company.

I've worked at HumanEdge for over 10 years and can share a truly positive experience. I have wonderful colleagues and we're all challenged to grow in our roles. The CEO allows us to be creative and is always supportive and open to new and fresh ideas. If you put in the dedicated hard work, the rewards are fruitful. It’s a challenging Industry but the company provides the tools to be successful. The investment in technology and training is amazing.

Everyday is different no day is the same.

The company values hard work and it is the kind of environment where highly motivated, sales-oriented professionals will have the most success -- personally and professionally.  The CEO has tried to instill these values into the company culture over the past 30 years and I think HumanEdge is a great place to build a career in recruiting and talent management.

i worked for the company at a medical location. i received no benefits, no paid time off, and only 30 min lunch breaks. The facility has some union workers in the same position who receive benefits. Requesting time off is difficult and looked down upon. I was very unhappy when in the position and was happy to resign. I had great coworker.

I've been in the staffing industry for 10 years with several different agencies.  HumanEdge provides me more autonomy without micromanaging then all of my previous employers.  Everyone is focused on making money and keeping a positive atmosphere/culture.

As an employee of HumanEdge, you are pushed every day to do your best in your role. Growth is something that is very much encouraged here. Working here has given me the opportunity to show my ability to succeed and rise to the challenge of any task given.
