What is the best part of working at the company?
Management is beyond excellent,  hard working,  approachable, available and never asks nurses to do what they don't do.  In fact,  I see management working above and beyond.  

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The nature of nursing is stressful, not the company. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Energetic.  Not perfect but the culture is to try harder

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I get out on time most days,  I get my lunch break which is allot.  At other companies I work through my lunch

What is the best part of working at the company?
Pays not too bad and the weekend staff are chill.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Short staffed on N.A.C's . The DNS frequently fails to order briefs for the resident's leaving the building with no briefs for days at a time.. The DNS doesn't believe in using bed pads no bed pads are allowed in any patients room. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Stressful. It's hard to do your job as a NAC when bed pads and briefs are unavailable.  Working short staffed is very stressful. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Complete bed changes and clothes changes all shift long. No breaks

This is by far the quietest facility I have worked at or visited. The residents are well cared for and clean all the time. The staff are friendly and are quick to help each other out whenever needed. The facility itself was remodeled in 2012 and is beautiful and well maintained.This building has come along way in the past 10 years and we have further to go, but with the support of the current Administrator and Director of Nursing, I know we can achieve our goals. There is a huge change of culture happening here, I encourage anyone to come and be apart of it!

I consider anyone working here a prisoner of war. Expect NOTHING from management and expect even less from corporate. This place will run you into the ground then tell you you’re not doing enough. Turn over is extremely high in this building and it is because management will break the loving and caring spirt you have as a caretaker. I saw so many good and hard working people forced to walk away from a job they loved simply because of nepotism. If you find yourself working here please be smart and careful… they do not care about their employees. 

I was very impressed that I got to meet the co-workers and ask questions as well as having them ask questions of me. Everyone seems to “fit” well together as a team, and the Director/Manager was very transparent in enacting the teamwork and family environment she is striving to bring together with the department team! I feel that I was heard and made to feel like I will be an asset to be a part of their team!! 

I sincerely enjoy my job and being a part of this team! We take great care of our residents, provide support and fun things for our staff and set high goals here. Sometimes people cannot meet those goals and we part ways, hard workers are rewarded here! The management rounds the building everyday and talks with staff and residents to identify issues, and they follow up as quickly as possible. The most enjoyable part of my job is getting out there and brightening the days of the residents and staff as much as possible. 

I Have worked as a Recreation manager for 25 plus years, and have worked in several Skilled Nursing Facilities, and I have to say theat North Central is a great place to work. The staff have treated me with respect, and friendliness as well as professionalism. The management treat the employees well and pitch in to help, as well as answer call lights, not walk by them. So Far it has been a great place to work, and my staff are great as well.

I did me certification class to be a CNA here. It's not a horrific place, but it's certainly not the greatest. The management doesn't seem to really care what happens to the residents or the staff. The staff can be rather hard to work and communicate with, but the quality of care is fair. I think there could be a lot of improvements on these things, but everything else is pretty good. The benefits aren't the greatest either, but if you're just starting out this is a great place to gather experience.

Hyatt Family Facilities look good from an outside perspective, but once you are an employee, there is hypocrisy, cover ups, favoritism and discrimination.  If you are not one of “them”, then watch your back because you might be stabbed in it.  Family protects family… not the patients and not the employees.  The work environment is toxic, and if you try to speak up about it, they will find a way to discredit you or simply boot you out.  

This company does not care about anything except the mighty dollar.  They treat all of their employees like they are numbers not humans. Their matrix has nothing to do with providing safe skilled care and only has to do with how little people they have to pay. The management team does nothing to support the staff including care givers, kitchen, housekeeping. In emergency situations the management has been difficult to reach by phone. If you do not use your paid time off they just keep it and they make it very difficult to take vacation.
