I’ve been working with IBEX Roof for a few months now, and I must say - it has been nothing short of an amazing experience. Not only do I feel like my opinion and suggestions are heard and truly considered, but I also feel super engaged in the work that I’m doing.  

I feel incredibly lucky to be a part of a team that values excellent customer service while genuinely caring about their employees. I can honestly say that I’m looking forward to what the future holds with this company!

Management puts a lot of pressure on people without providing enough training and then will speak down to you if you try to bring up any issues you’re personally having, because their jobs are super secure because they’re very close with the owner. They prey on people without a lot of experience and the pay wasn’t worth the hours that were put in. They don’t really know what they’re doing and I saw a few layoffs during my time, just for them to hire more people into that exact same position a few weeks later. Definitely a place to watch your back at. 

Company had lots of red flags.  Trying to grow to fast and employee are extremely expendable.  In a couple months watch almost the entire workforce turnover except for management.  Commission program is a joke and deliberately set up to screw the individual.  Bonuses set at unattainable numbers.  Save your time and energy for company that values their employees.  You are purely commodity there. And terrible benefits.  You can easily use most of your pay to cover the overpriced, poor quality company health benefits.  

It's not everyday that you find a career that challenges you to grow not only as an employee, but as an individual. I started my journey here at Ibex 6 months ago and I can say with certainty this company and its team will change your life.  

The management team is always eager to find new and inventive ways to grow and make sure their employee's are growing with them. I myself consider myself very lucky to be part of this small but ever growing company.

The commission structure is very misleading and designed for failure. We were offered 4% commission on each roof we soled which is 6-11% lower then industry standard. And then you were promised

They also have us use HIGH PRESSURE SALES TATICS to close homeowners the same day while continually lowering the asking price. I felt so slimy doing this and so many people people felt the same. They also pay lots of money for 5 star reviews as well.

Been working at ibex for a couple months now as a estimador. Great place to work at to say the least. They actually have a system to go off to insure success, not like most companies where they expect you to sell maximum amounts with little to no training. The support and money is there and people who work there are great. Would definitely recommend working here to anyone looking for a solid company who actually does good for costumers and employees.

This company will challenge you to grow to your full potential. This is not a great environment for someone who is just there to get their paycheck, but if you are really into improving and bettering yourself it's a great place. The office isn't the nicest, there's a lot of change. But all in all, great people who care about each other and great growth opportunity. 

This is a great job that offers a combination of working closely with people while also having time alone to perform tasks.  There’s great flexibility within the work week to manage your schedule to fit the needs of the company, and yourself.  Fun and competitive environment designed for those who like to push hard for returns.
