The culture - High energy! Everyone is always excited for each other’s successes. 

Professional in office feel, but fun and exciting place to work! It’s not the cliche “we’re a family”. But it 100% turns into a second family. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I get here at 8:15am and set up my day, I organize my calendar, develop trainings, do agent check ins, and then prospect from about 8:30 - 1:00. I go for lunch and to the gym, get back around 3:00, lead a training from 3:30-4:00, do a one on one at 4:30. Then do prospecting and close appointments until about 8:30pm.

The best part of working at Imperium is the opportunity to have uncapped pay. The ability to make over $5,000 in week is great! 

Also, the environment and people around make it a lot easier to lock in and grow.

The company offers a lot of different bonuses which is great! So at times you getting qualified for the bonuses can be stressful but the reward when you do always makes it worth it!

The environment is filled with a lot of like minded hard working individuals. 

However this is the coolest environment I’ve worked at as it’s also laid back and there’s no micro management. You’re essentially running your own business and have people who have succeeded in the same industry helping you along the way.

8:10 am arrival 
Dial and help clients during appointments. 

Gym located in our building mid day
Lunch 

And then back to dialing and appointments for the rest of the day until 10:00pm. This is my personal schedule which has allowed me to exceed and make monthly incomes in a week.

Throughout the day I’m also in meetings and helping any new agents who need assistance.

The best part of here is the freedom to be able to write your own paycheck. If you put in the work your paid for it and if you do it right it can change your life.

The hours it does require a lot of time in the beginning stages. However down the road you can leverage a little better.

Work environment and culture is like no other. From the likeminded individuals to the casino nights at the office and everything in between. The motivation you get here to keep going and growing is unmatched.

We’ll get in early follow up with clients and appointments for the day. Planning for the future, learning new skills, and prospecting. Freedom to head to the gym, eat, go shopping or handle life things when you need to is big as well.

The best part of working at the company is the compensation and comradery in the office. This is a position you won’t dread waking up for on Monday morning for because of the opportunity given and the friends you will make here.

The most stressful part of this job is that this position is commission based. You have to put in the effort and if you are willing to do that you will see positive results.

Imperium Health is NOT for everyone, so I'll lead with that. Most people don't want to work, so they don't do very well here. For people who are future-minded and motivated, this place is awesome. The culture is a lot of fun, you can work as much as you want (no hour caps), and you can make A LOT of money if you work hard. It's also very easy to grow - I got promoted after 6 months because I did a good job and I can keep growing if I want to.
