What is the best part of working at the company?
patients and their families is the only plus there 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Managment does not ensure quality of services and access to care for patients. No follow through with patient request. No return calls to patient 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Culture generally inept.  Supervisors who are well versed in talking over employee or Patients are supported by managers. 
 supervisors throw around words like lack of professionalism regarding staffs' actions, as they cut off employee's voice advocating for their patients.  


What is a typical day like for you at the company?
constantly having to say I am sorry to patients when they did not receive call backs from the office manager, when a service was dropped and patient unable to see a specialist. 
Constantly being dismissed when advocating for call backs from managers at request for patients, ignored when stating office needs more acute appointment slots for patients to be seen same day to avoid urgent care settings. Stressful that I could not get a patient seen or a call back.

Pros
The company was great before new management took over, yes with the old Group there were challenges but there was transparency, you knew what was going on.
Cons
This new group of people are horrible, there is no transparency even though they say there is. The new CEO Will Abbott and his “new team” are horrible. They think when coming in to the meetings and talking about “his daughter” or how they came to their position that it “inspires” people but in reality it doesn’t. They cut long lasting Employees with no reason and out support went into the window. Where is Bain Capital In all this? They have department that are no responsive and offer no help.  There is no stability as now there is word that there is goin go be an another lay off like the beginning of this year. Again were the higher ups?
Advice to Management
My advice to management is to dig in what really is going on, there is a reason why people are leaving and why no one feels safe. People will continue to leave. It’s a shame this company has changed so much.

To begin with i no nothing about healthcare, but seeing behind the scenes from a different POV, really edged my decision to leave. Put ALL the blame on Corporate. They clearly don't care about their employes, what makes you think that they will care about their patients? They don't care as long as the cash is flowing, i cannot stand that toxic enviorment that was bestowed upon PFH. I have morals and everything Innovacare represents goes against it.... seriously how the .... do the corporate managers of these practices have postions? They should fire them put them in a pig pens to get a taste of their own medicine (since that's what they do to employes and patients). Working in fast  food is was and will always be more professional than corporate exactly like Innovacare. On the IT side I loved my team and the work, but I HATE CORPORATE!

After being a medical assistant for 16+ years, and very good at what I do, I was railroaded with showing all ready employed employees how to use their office equipment. I than quickly became the medical assistant that had every job because I knew how to do everyone’s job. Once I had some personal medical situations come about for my child, I quickly became a disappointment to them, and I showed up to work everyday with a medical situation with my child. I was told I was understood by my office manager and no issues and then I was in trouble with InnovaCare for the exact thing I wasn’t in trouble for. Too many non medical personal driving this sinking ship. Everyone I was in “trouble” with no longer are employed by the company….hmmm.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The people seem nice at first, but that quickly changes.  

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The owner hollers and screams at everybody and money is all they care about.  

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very fake and hypocritical.   They preach family but it's exactly the opposite.  

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Lots of work and responsibilities with no thankfulness or praise.  Promotions and pay increases are promised and sometimes executed but the higher salary never comes.  Just excuses.

Typical day at work is taking 60 to 80 calls expected. I only made ot out of training which was one week and was termed for only taking 22 calls the first day on the phones and 13 the next which were mainly escalated calls. I was told it's at will and to send equipment back. We trained by reading modules two days and listened to calls 3 days and that was the conclusion. The worst part was the unrealistic expectations to take calls in under 4 minutes. The most enjoyable was it was a paycheck. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Poor uneducated management, hard offered 2-3 dollars less than the actual job posting. Unprofessional administrative staff, lots of gossip

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Gossip, micro management when managers were maintaining task and had zero history with the functions they're managing 


What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
high school clique; if you don't gossip with them they will make worklife tough

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy work which I did like because my resume was honest in my specific function

Don't take a chance working there. No corporate culture. If you speak up, you WILL be terminated. They will say...uh your position has been eliminated. If you are currently working, do NOT leave your current job. If you don't have a job and you are about to be homeless, then go ahead and accept the position and leave as soon as a real job opens up for you at another company. It's unbelievable how many people just walk out the door and never return. Cut throat upper management, and so much going on wrong that it is just a shame for them to even be in business. 

I've been with the company for over a year, and I've witnessed numerous positive changes aimed at enhancing our future. My manager is fantastic, providing great support, and I’m fortunate to have a wonderful team that collaborates so well. I interact with all departments and can genuinely say that our employees are friendly and always willing to help. It's impressive to see many team members with long tenure who have advanced to leadership positions. This truly reflects the company's culture of promoting from within and investing in its employees.

Like anywhere, this is a business, although in healthcare there is always a bottom line to be met. Culture is positive. Could use more structure but growing and many initiatives underway, so some expected chaos with changes.   Good place to work hard and be appreciated.  Great life-work balance also.
