Employed by IOH for over a year I can attest to the integrity and compassion that this company provides for its staff and patients alike.  The primary aspect that sets this company apart is its ability to choose staff thoughtfully to fit the collaborative mission and culture of a multidisciplinary team.  IOH is involved in community education offering presentations and webinars to advocate for the patient population we serve, and at the same time spends a grip of resources to educate the staff itself.  They truly empower the staff to become the best, most informed individuals in his or her particular field.  Staff is encouraged to offer suggestions or criticism of the company to obtain the best possible outcomes for patients and to optimize a satisfactory work environment.  The end result is staff that feel appreciated, trusted, challenged and valued.  The work is not always easy, but it is nearly exclusively rewarding.  I can honestly say it’s the best company I’ve put my blood, sweat and tears into, and I recommend this company to any individual that truly cares for healing patients.

I truly enjoy working at the Institutes of Health (IOH) and have been a part of the organization for two years. IOH does a great job of providing appropriate rewards and opportunities to motivated employees who perform well. Overall, IOH is a flexible and fair organization that takes good care of their employees. When employees have experienced major illnesses, such as cancer (as I did), they provided additional sick leave to ensure the well-being of the employee and the family. 

Because the organization is growing so rapidly there is good job stability and excellent promotion opportunities for qualified and motivated employees. In my experience, IOH is the best company I have yet to work for and I highly recommend them. 


A typical day in detox was fast-paced and required constant prioritization, clinical judgment, and leadership presence. We managed high-acuity patients experiencing withdrawal while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and continuity of care. I gained valuable experience in crisis management, team leadership, and operating in a high-responsibility environment.
Management expectations were high, and staff worked hard to provide compassionate care to a vulnerable population. The culture among frontline staff was supportive and mission-driven.
The hardest part of the role was the organizational instability. The facility ultimately shut its doors without prior notice to employees, leaving staff without warning or transition planning. The most rewarding part of the job was seeing patients stabilize and begin their recovery journey.

IOH is a fast-growing medical group and a wonderful place to work. Ownership truly cares, welcomes creativity, and leads by example. The culture at IOH is the best I've ever worked for and everyone seems to be authentic and loves what they do. Training processes seem to be improving for new employees -- something that needed to happen with such an increase in company growth over the past two years. IOH is growing so rapidly, there are a lot of changes that happen fairly frequently, which can be stressful for some if you are not used to a fast paced environment. I have received total support since joining IOH in Oct 2020. Best in class! 

During my 1st month of employment with IOH, I have been thoroughly impressed with the work culture (very family like environment), welcoming smiles, and collaborative efforts by all of the employees to provide the most excellent services for our patients.  Employees are genuinely happy to come to work and there is extreme satisfaction in knowing that the organization you are working for truly make a difference in your patients lives.  The patients that come to this program are so grateful to be working with you.  I have learned new skill sets in a short amount of time, and IOH is willing to invest their time and efforts in providing every opportunity for their employees to gain these new skills in order to optimize patient care.  Plus my new work-life balance has dramatically improved and I never feel stressed out to come to work.  

This place seems like the best place to work with at first, very shiny impression but once you start to notice who the people are, the power and money hunger by people who have no leadership skills, the unfair treatment and inequality, you have either two options- speak up for your self and the patients or stay quiet and keep your head down. Although once they decide they don’t like you it doesn’t matter how hard you work, they will find a way to get rid of you. I watched so many fellow workers get fired on the spot with no reason not advance notice. They’ll drop you like a bug and replace you in a heartbeat. The patients and most workers are great though, if you can get past the discrimination and actions of management behind closed doors.

This is a fast paced job and the workload can be demanding at times, but it is also very rewarding. No two days are exactly the same, which keeps things interesting and pushes you to continue learning and growing. The work requires flexibility, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, but it feels meaningful and worthwhile.

One thing I appreciate is being surrounded by people who genuinely care about the work they do. The environment is busy and there is always something happening, but there are many opportunities to learn, develop professionally, and make a positive impact. This is a great place for someone who values meaningful work and wants to continue growing in a dynamic environment.

This job offers rewarding work and the chance to collaborate with a talented, dedicated team, but significant organizational issues overshadow the experience. Poor management, lack of clear communication, favoritism, and limited opportunities for growth leave employees feeling unsupported and unappreciated. The high turnover rate highlights these challenges, as many great workers have left or been let go for speaking up. While the work itself has immense potential to make a positive impact, the company’s focus on production over people makes long-term success and satisfaction difficult to achieve.

At IOH we get to help injured workers improve.  This is a very hard system to navigate and many have felt awful for years. We specialize in chronic cases and the improvements we see are so encouraging and exciting. Our team is make up of experts in their fields who genuinely care and respect our patients. Our executives drive and support our mission to improve the lives of every injured worker who wants to get better.

Very busy and productive. Being apart of a mission to heal the sick and research protoccols that lead to longevity of life and cures for the sick.  making the difference by delivering specimen to the labs that able the doctors to medically find out the patient's diagnoses, film x rays, medical records , blood product to the oprerating room transporting patients via ambulatory,wheelchair and by stretcher to their appointment to assure needed test were taken.
