At first this job seemed good.  Claiming to offer benefits, a flexible schedule, and a fun work environment.  Unfortunately after spending some time it becomes plainly obvious that most of those were lies to rope people in.  There is no flexibility in this job u get up early for an 1 to 2 hour mandatory meeting 5 days a week thats not paid, travel the same amount for hours again for no pay, and spend most of your life at Walmart trying to get people to sign up for something most of them don't want.  And usually two or three times a week there's also a "voluntary" team meeting where you spend extra hours outside of work with your coworkers.  But if you choose not to attend you will be spammed with calls and texts asking why you didn't attend.  Don't get me wrong, the team environment is the only good thing about this job, but they try to get you to spend more time with them than anything else, and even support pushing family away to do it.  They claim they are training new ceos but really they are training people to advance their pyramid scheme.  If you want a good team environment then by all means go ahead but you must be willing to sacrifice all of your life and most of your relationships to do it.

It seems amazing on paper, however after spending time working for the company it became clear that I would not have a social life unless it was with my coworkers. While having team nights was a lot of fun, it would have been nice to have some time to myself so I could have seen my significant other and family more. You do not get reimbursed for gas, which sucks considering you'll be driving all over Massachusetts, there's a mandatory meeting every morning for 2 hours you do not get paid for, and if you don't hit your sales goal, it the "office standard" to work on your days off after already working 50+ hours a week. Expect to stay later than you agreed to so you can possibly hit your sales goal and lectures if you don't perform well (even if you perform amazingly for a week or so). Do not get your hopes up on a huge pay check unless you're willing to sacrifice your entire life to work. Don't get me wrong, I learned a lot working for the company and made a few friends! I absolutely loved my coworkers, and they helped me on my really bad days pushing me to be the best version of myself. I just was not willing to compromise who I am, or my relationships outside of work.

I love my experience in the company! For the very first time I feel like I have been surrounding myself with people that actually care and people who are ready to help me to improve not only professionally but personally as well. I've worked many other jobs here and there but I feel like I have always been held back in terms of the compensation or growth in the company. I enjoy the fact that you can actually grow based on your own performance and merit, without any type of seniority, discrimination or work politics. I feel like I've learned so much so far and I'm excited for the next steps as I continue to get a little bit more exposure in the marketing management training program I am currently in. I love the culture here at Intrepid, I feel like I am surrounded with very positive people they are going places and I can't help but get better myself in the process. We hang out often, which I love welcoming feeling of being part of a family. We have massive plans for this year and I feel like there's a lot of potential for me to thrive in this type of environment. I cannot wait for what's to come!

I have been working at this company for 7 months. Within those seven months I have learned about sales, how to train people in the sales, how to interview, about social media marketing, and how to manage my own team. I currently manage a team of about 6 people and have been teaching them about leadership and management as well. In my short time here I have already been promoted to senior client executive and am about to be promoted to operations manager where I will learn about the backends of the business. I can't wait to open up my own location and help other people even more. I have made more money in this position than any other position in my life. Not only have I learned all of this but I have also met some of my best friends in this position as well. Moving to Boston on my own, it was very difficult to find friends due to the pandemic and Intrepid Consultant Group was extremely welcoming from my first day. I'm excited to get promoted and grow even more in the company.

I loveeee working at intrepid!! I was looking for a career where I could could learn a lot of things and get promoted based on what I bring to the table. I have worked many jobs here and there, but I was never able to grow based on own performance. At my old job, I didn't get challenged enough and people there were stagnant and hated their jobs. Plus, I didn't like seniority and there someone who started before me and got the promotion, or I had to wait for someone to get retired. I love working at intrepid because I am a big people person, and I was looking to find a career in which I could use my personality/people skills to get rewarded with the opportunity to mange a small team. There is a lot of training and I get to develop myself personally and professionally, learning sales and marketing, how to hold people accountable and how to drive performance. I am excited for the near future, there is a lot to learn and I am in love with the person I am becoming in the process. 

Working at Intrepid has been a phenomenal experience! I’ve created amazing friendships that will last a lifetime. I’ve learned a lot of transferable skills like how to sell, how to train people to sell, managing a team, interviewing, HR, etc. I am super excited for what’s to come in my future at Intrepid and the lifelong friendships that will follow me! The coaching and mentorship I’ve received so far is worth a million bucks! I enjoy being part of a team that will hold me accountable to make sure I hit all my goals while doing the same for others and being able to hit my financial goals too at the same time. Being around a group of driven, and ambitious people feels like home and Intrepid is my family!

At intrepid, there is a great team of leaders that want everyone to grow. The culture is very positive and exciting, and for anyone looking for a job that promotes growth, intrepid has the people you want to meet. The job ussually involves traveling, but you get to work with great people everyday. Compensation is based on performance, and for entry level, its actually quite high if you perform with any effort at all.
The best part about intrepid is that they provide a growth experience that allows people to get promoted very quickly. Within a year or two you could open up your own office and have your own sales team under you. People who want fast growth and experience, intrepid is for you.


I love love love working here! What i put in is what I get back. I love the support system and the uncapped room for growth.  It's hard to find a career that allows you to grow both professionally and personally while having fun and being excited about what you do, and they have that here.  I have learned more here in 5 months than I have in 4 years of college.  I can't wait to see how far I go over the next year. 

The job description is very attempting, but be careful because the job title doesn’t match the real job. If you want to work in sales it is for you. Make sure to ask details about the job otherwise you’ll be disappointed. Meeting every morning (unpaid) and then going to the stores around Massachusetts to do sales. No work-life balance because you’ll be working until 7pm at least and you’ll spend a lot of time on your car because it’s different location everyday. Not gonna lie the people in the company are nice and fun, but the work itself can be very mentally and physically exhausted
