KOREAN TRADITIONAL BAD CULTURE.
READ THIS CAREFULLY.
1) Your korean manager sit right beside you and watch you every time.
-> You always must think about work work work.
-> If not, you must listen to repeating bad advice. Expect many times for same advice.
2) You get order to buy something from your korean manager during lunch time.
You have 1 hour to eat food. But you must come back in exact one hour.
-> If not, you get bad advice again, expect not just a single time but many.
3) No one is going to tell you you had great job.
-> This means if you have great performance, that's your job. So, give another tasks.
4) No kind word from your employer, it's Korean Military culture. So, when you get order, just do it and don't talk back.
5) You must be ready to work whenever.
-> Your korean manager will call you whenever need to work.
-> It can be over night when you're relax at home, you get call and you're ask to work also if you made mistake, you get call again before you go to bed.
6) Non of coworker will say, you're doing fine.
-> You get many bad advice but you're responsible to survive by yourself.
7) Once you got offer, you got bad history of your career.
-> Once you leave this company because of these reason, you now have really bad record. You can't exit this company with good reason.

I have had the pleasure of working at JND, Inc for 2 years, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The collaborative spirit among colleagues and across different departments is remarkable. There is a strong sense of unity and a shared commitment to achieving our goals together. The management team's dedication to creating a positive atmosphere and the emphasis on teamwork have greatly contributed to my job satisfaction. I appreciate the opportunities for growth, the effective communication channels, and the overall sense of community that defines JND, Inc.

Work is given by client company. Work knowledge you gain will not meet industry standard no matter how long you work over there. Suggestions and VOCs will never reach  to the management. Strongly recommend do not work for more than 3 years.

JnD hasn't been started not really long, so management and benefits were very unstable. Also, there were not specific guidelines about the work, so many things were needed to be figured out by myself. Everyday was very pretty much same: Receive testcase, devices, work from Samsung members and finish them and move on to next day if cannot be finished by one day

Overall the job wasn't too difficult. Although there were 3 other third-party companies working for Samsung, so job security as a contractor isn't a certainty. Samsung employees have high expectations and a 10-7 work day can suddenly become 10-10.

It all depends on the team you are in and who the manager is at Samsung. Personally, I'm overall satisfied with my job and benefits (401k, insurances). Working at Samsung and gaining experience there is a great advantage to your career growth in the long run if you plan to remain in the same field.

Overall Satisfied with learning new things and start a career in Samsung. You will be given a training if you are a new beginner.

There are three shifts at work such as night shift(three days) and daytime shift(five days)
Nice and kind co-workers to work with.
Little bit hard to manage time

it was a good company but they do not have job security .it was a gate for me to inter the world of IT ,but unfortunately it was a temporary contract ,and benefits were not good enough.

You will be given a training if you are a new beginner. There are always higher positions available within the company so you can get a chance to apply for those.
