I had a disappointing experience working at this company due to the unprofessionalism of certain employees, especially in the HR department. Instead of fostering a supportive work environment, HR often displayed a negative attitude and lacked respect in daily interactions. This made it difficult to feel valued as an employee.

Additionally, the quoting department had individuals who consistently acted unprofessionally, making fun of others rather than maintaining a mature and respectful workplace. It created an uncomfortable environment where professionalism was lacking.

On the positive side, the Director of Pricing was one of the few people who genuinely tried to maintain a good work culture. The Sales Manager and the warehouse team were also great to work with, always respectful and supportive.

If you’re considering working here, I’d advise thinking twice. While there are some good people, the overall work environment could use serious improvement, especially in fostering respect and professionalism across all departments.

Horrible! There is no true management.  Do not waste your time or effort working here.  The sales manager is a young immature person who has no clue on How to be a sales manager or   They have 2 woman who work on quotes who have absolutely zero people skills.  There is absolutely no privacy ..everyone can see all emails!  I could keep on going but I’m already bored .  This was the worst experience  I’ve ever had.

Unfortunately you have horrible management, Un-Obtainable Goals, and zero job security.  You can voice all your concerns to management but they fall on deaf ears.  I would not even recommend a enemy to this place
