Toxic culture - the only thing the company cares about is profit and results. No DE&I. No regard for burnout, mental health or work/life balance. You are means to an end. HR is expected to disregard laws and what is ethical and when you refuse you are shunned. Years of incorrect FLSA statuses, non compliance with required trainings, incorrectly verified I-9s just to name a few. If they don't get the answers they want from one lawyer they will jump to the next in hopes of staying out of trouble. Many of those on the senior leadership team are stuck in the past and lack basic managerial skills. It's a known and common occurrence that if you get on the VP of Admin/PM side your life will be made miserable until you leave. No rhyme or reason as to who can work hybrid/remote and who can't. If you require FMLA you are dubbed "unreliable" Low pay, minimal vacation and the expectation that you work 50-60 hours a week. Do not expect recognition or engagement.

Employees are easily and quickly tossed out. There is no thought of employee development or training. Company leadership is not involved in day-to-day or concerned with becoming an employer of choice. The management staff hired to lead actual operations and floor management are very poor managers and tyrants. They do not have a "leadership" mentality, but simply a "management" style. You will be talked down to, sworn at and simply tossed aside without much consideration. 

The HR Department is one of the worst I've seen. Again, employees are not regarded as people to invest in, but a simple, low-value commodity. This HR staff is made up of mere robots, paper pushers- more focus should be put on company culture. 


This company could be really great, but they lack foresight and do not understand the value of investing in employees. Stay away from this company if you can afford to. They only care about making money. They will hire you then toss you aside as soon as they don't need you.

Never reviewed a company before, but I can't hold this one in. Would not recommend working here. Management is so money hungry they will change PDF files on invoices to make some extra cash. Absolutely no trust to their employees (i.e. need to fill out a daily report every day with your tasks and don't expect to make any decisions on your own). HR is not your friend - don't go to them for anything because it will come back to bite you. They lure in outside hires with big time titles and salaries, while they treat loyal employees who have been there for 5+ years like garbage (no surprise- the new hires don't hang around this mess of a company for long). Zero employee recognition for doing a good job and they hold the wrong parties responsible when things go wrong. The only way to move up in this company is to suck up to the right people, leave your moral compass at the door, and have no work-life balance. No thanks!

A lot of talk with little action. You will here about core values and working fast. Micro management is a thing for them. No work life balance. No on boarding for new hires or training.
Unless you know someone that has been with the company for some time. Their is a good chance that your knowledge or experience means nothing. Upper management does not like to here about things and surely wont care if things you mention for improvement drive you to leave. Definitely are going thru change and not in a positive direction. If you have ever worked or been around things like QC and Critical procedures or ISO. Then you may want to rethink things. Its more of a do as you wish unless wrong, then it turns into why did you do. Watched a lot of people leave and the writing was clearly on the wall for myself. 

They pitch a good imagine during your interview process, but then it goes down hill from there. Start with the recruiter lying about the times you will be working. The management is relatively clue less when it comes to knowing how to produce signs and are just a series of "Yes, Men" that are scared to say what needs to said to higher management. 
HR is rude and inconsiderate to your requests and your are told to "figure it out yourself".  
Don't plan much at night if you can help it because they expect everyone to be available all the time to work overtime without notice. The tools/equipment or the lack thereof are laughable at times when sign shops down the road have better equipment.  Everything is a rush and a real production schedule is something that is beyond comprehension for this company.

This company is not what it portrays to be. They attempt to buy your loyalty with competitive salaries and then lead you by fear. You are praised for your efforts one day and on the chopping block the next. There is no trust displayed in any department. The management provides no support as you are told to just figure it out. The operations are extremely disorganized and chaotic with a lack of clear direction on almost every level.  Interdepartmental feuds are common due to this management style. Employees are either leaving this company or being terminated on a weekly basis. The struggle is real for this company to retain quality employees due to the toxic work culture. You are given the opportunity to work on very cool high profile projects across the nation, but do know what you are signing on for.

I have never in my life, worked in a place for such a toxic environment. Supervisors and employees gossip and be a little people all day long. There is no sense of teamwork ever. I watched five people quit,the time that I was working last. Don’t get the job and say,, I was warned. And then mad at yourself like I did because I read The reviews, i thought I show up on time every day not hung over work hard give my best effort. Surely they would respect that, nope, painted a target on my back because there’s not enough work to keep everyone busy. And that made me a threat for ridicule. Seriously I saw five guys good guys hard worker, Walk out of there mad as as one could be saying the same thing I said, I should’ve listen to the reviews, …….. I feel I have properly warned you good luck


Top tier management are very volatile; especially the Exec VP. 
Most Project Managers have no idea what they are doing. The ones that do fight for their job everyday if not in "the club".
Estimating team constantly under bids jobs and blames it on others.
Exec team constantly changes materials on jobs even if engineering calls it out specifically....because "they know better".
Will switch out materials the customers specifically ask for and paints it to save a few dollars.
Most jobs are last minute so your nights and weekends will be spent on poorly managed projects.
Entire departments have quit at the same time due to overwork.

Nothing positive that I would say. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
They are a large company in the signage industry and they expect you to always know this fact alone should command your respect and loyalty. Not based on their business model or acumen in business. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very corporate oriented with very little regard for the employees and customers. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Many daily meetings and repetitive tasks that are not an effective way or use of time.

Leadership plays favorites, and unless you’re part of the “in” crowd, you won’t stand a chance for advancement or recognition. They dangle carrots and your yearly raise you’ll get maybe 2%, and you won’t see that hit your paycheck until a month later. 
Over the past few years, many of the great leaders who once inspired and motivated the team have departed. They saw the writing on the wall and left, taking their expertise and leadership elsewhere.

The environment breeds frustration and disillusionment for anyone not in the club, and it’s clear that hard work alone won’t get you where you want to be. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere unless you’re fine with constant favoritism and broke
