It was a wasted employer introduction, the company failed to provide clear insights into its culture, values, or expectations. Overall, the introduction left the feeling of frustration and uncertainty about the company's professionalism as an employer. If the position is no longer available just say that and stop wasting people's valuable time IJS.

It is pleasant environment to work. I learn how to become a reputable certified nurse assistant through the company training. The management is concerned about offering the quality services to their clients. Kadan always maintain quality, effective and efficient workers. The hardest part of the job is probably travelling long distance to work. Kadan makes the job enjoyable for the employees through the employees care management care.

If you're a caregiver/cna/home health aid then this is the place to work. You won't find a better homecare agency in Atlanta. Management and staff is great and personable. They care about you. The hours are flexible. Work as much or as little as you want. Unlimited overtime and calling out is never a problem. 
Annual training and great incentives. Shift are 4 to 12 hours. There's also live-in cases. 

Biggest con is there's no 401k and no PTO. 


I have nothing but great things to say about working at Kadan. They are very professionally run, they definitely have their employees and their clients best interest at heart. Flexible scheduling, cases were always available, so if one assignment ended, they’d quickly find you another. Management and all of the staff in the office were always nice, approachable and very professional. I always felt well supported and appreciated as an employee.

Good no issues we work one on one with our clients

One thing I appreciate is the flexibility with scheduling. It allows me to balance work with other responsibilities, and the client assignments are generally manageable. In many cases, they do a good job matching caregivers with clients, which makes the job smoother.

The hiring process was also straightforward and quick, which helped me start working without long delays.

Kadan wa a good place to work. It's a family business and they treated every employees as a member of the family. I enjoyed what I did at Kadan especially the opportunity to help and sister our geriatric clients and I he really upset when they decline or expire.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Communication issues between case managers and caregivers

1-2 years ago, it was a great place to work. But now, all the good case managers have left and only very rude ones are there, crucifying us caregivers and CNAs over nothing, constantly complaining and always having an attitude no matter how good we do with our clients. Looking for a new position ASAP.
