I started at Katapult earlier this year and it has been an awesome experience thus far. They helped a lot with my transition moving to the Cities and starting in the industry and my managers were great at teaching me some of the basics of recruiting. That, along with some of my peers, make the culture at Katapult something that I haven't had at other jobs, and I truly feel as though all of my coworkers have my back and really want to see me and the company succeed. There are some very long days (such as with any job) but the openness of everyone in the office really helps the time fly throughout the day. All of this coupled with the fact that the staff genuinely care to help their clients and candidates makes for a "work hard, play hard" startup feel  to the company that leads to very rewarding experiences and lots of chances to grow as a person. Great organization for a new professional looking to put in hard work at the beginning of their career.

I was placed in a temp position that fit my needs and preferences fairly well within a few weeks of interviewing with Katapult. However, as soon as I got my placement, there was no followup or support from the Katapult staff. My initial contract has been extended 3 times so far, which is positive, but no one at Katapult reached out at any time to talk about next steps before the contract was due to expire. I have had to contact my recruiters repeatedly for basic information about whether my contract would be extended and for how long, and have only found out for sure anywhere from a few days before the end date to the day of. In addition, any other questions I've asked have gone unanswered. 

Since my first day at Katapult Network, I have truly felt part of the team. Everyone here is extremely welcoming and very supportive. I feel confident I can ask anyone here for any help I may need. Everyone communicates very well, which makes for an efficient and productive work day. Something I enjoy about my role is I have the flexibility to arrange my tasks to what works best for me. Katapult Network honestly has great management. They are open and respectful in all discussions, and are more than willing to listen to what I have to say. I have received positive feedback and constructive criticism to help me be the best I can in my role, and to more effectively work as a team. In general, everyone cares about the well-being of coworkers, clients, and candidates. I am very happy working here at Katapult Network and I would highly recommend them!

I am currently a recruiting coordinator at Katapult Network and I love my job. I have learned so much about the recruitment process and how businesses handle different variations of clients.The staff is so friendly and I really enjoy working with everyone here. The job itself is so rewarding because it allows me to connect with other people and help put them on a path to success. I really appreciate everyone here and the values of the company. It's by far the best and most rewarding job I have had and I feel like it's somewhere I can utilize my transferable skills. The best part about the job is definitely the long lasting relationships I have been able to build with my team members and also having the opportunity to help candidates launch their careers.

Katapult Network was an incredible place to grow my professional skills. As a Business Development Intern, I gained hands-on experience working with C-level executives, generating qualified leads, and exceeding weekly sales targets. The team provided excellent training, constant support, and real opportunities to make an impact. I learned valuable sales, lead management, and communication skills using tools like HubSpot. The culture is positive, collaborative, and focused on results. I’d recommend Katapult to anyone looking for a challenging and rewarding internship experience.



Every day is a fun and challenging experience at Katapult Network! I love having the chance to make an impact on the lives of recent college graduates by helping them make their first step in the career. The team is extremely collaborative and everyone really cares about the work we do and the people we place. I transitioned to this job after having spent the beginning of my career in hospitality; Katapult has been incredibly supportive of my growth and learning in this field. I recommend working with Katapult to any recent college grad looking for a leg-up!

No structure or process and 
No open communication and transparency
No onboarding or proper training. I had a difficult time getting colleagues to share information that is vital to my daily work.

An unrealistic company claiming to assist the under-educated with an elitist view on their own staff,  REQUIRING a 4 year degree to work in a office. I have been working behind a desk and in an office for 15 years and applicants are now expected to complete a 4 year degree for the same pay I made in 2009 to work an entry level position in their office. Look elsewhere.

Management honestly believes in you as a person and an employee. They do everything in their power to make sure you succeed.  Being able to help bring together companies with new college grads is rewarding and thats what I love most about this job. The team is energetic and makes every day that much easier. Great Job!

I was offered a placement opportunity that did not fit my interests/needs. They said that was no problem and will continue find other opportunities. I never heard from them so I followed up multiple times. They never responded to any of my attempts to reach them.
