Mid management (Supervisors, Managers) to senior management (Directors) competent, knowledgeable and caring for staff and their development. Beyond that at the executive level, lacking in all those qualities (competence, knowledge, and caring for the well being of all other staff).  Demanding and toxic CEO who erodes the good work, culture and environment created by others.  

Most enjoyable part of the day is working with the front line staff, managers, and rest of clinic and support staff. Cons are that the executive believes they are always right and has to be involved with all aspects of the organization. If you are not agreeable to their (CEO) terms then your time there will be either long, stressful and difficult or short and stressful. Lots of good staff and providers that care about the patients first. Most staff end up leaving after the first 1 - 2 years due to the executive. 

I came here as a Legal Immigrant with No professional work experience. I looked for a job for 6 months, that's when I was referred to Kheir Clinic to be hired as a Enrollment and outreach specialist. I worked in that position for almost 2 years, than I expressed my interest to leadership to grow within the company. That's when they promoted me to Practice Development Department. I have a very pleasant experience here as i was given the opportunity to grow and better myself professionally. They gave me the opportunity to take on challenging projects and encouraged me to attending trainings and webinars which was a pivotal aspect of my growth. They recognized my potential over the years and promoted me to a manager position. This company is very welcoming and gives you a sense of belonging. They go above and beyond for their patients. Will highly recommend working here.


Despite what you may read on here, Kheir is a great place to work. Like anyplace there are some that are not happy and chances no mater where that person or persons go it will be the same experience. I've been around for many years and if there is on thing that i come across with people that I work with is that they think the grass is greener at the next place and that is not true.  Kheir is a Health Care facility and just like all other Health cares facilities there are always employees coming and going looking for a better place to be. I've been with the company just shy of 2 years and i really like the people I work with.  Kheir support staff is working hard to make it a great  experience for both the people that work here and for the people Kheir serves. 
The Pros and the Cons:
Like anyplace you work at there will be thinks about the company you don't like as well as what you do like. 
Health Benefits are good 
Compensation is good 
Parking is for the most pat good it just depends on what location you are at. 
Over all I like the company and as long as you like what you do then there really isn't a problem

During my tenure, shift was from 8:30-5:00pm. I unfortunately don't have any fond memories of working at Kheir. I can't say exactly what it was, but the vibe I always got from management was one of coldness, autocracy and they epitomized the eye of Sauron that was watching, waiting to strike their iron clad. Tons of people got fired during my time there and the place didn't foster one that brought out people's best, but instead fear.  Everyone was isolated and little to no teamwork was every experienced. Top down management styles were never my thing and it took working at Kheir to cement that understanding for me. It's really a shame that the outcome of my experience was as negative as it was since I really went into it with high hopes and expectations. Left after a few months as I couldn't bear it and felt extremely overworked. Above anything, MANAGEMENT is the problem, especially under the direction of Erin Pak.   

This company takes advantage of their employees. Pay is low for the job you do and they give you many jobs that should be taken care of by a secretary. Management is hard to communicate with.  They do not take care of major problems with departments to make it run smoothly. If you speak to them about a problem , they will put it off and make it worst on you. They say they will hire more people to help, but they don’t . Overbooked schedules . No bonuses that are promised with hard work unless you are one of their favorites. Breaks are not scheduled and leave little to no time to take a break in between patients.  Employee moral is low because of little support from management.

I really enjoy working at Kheir. Most people are very friendly and welcoming. Compensation is competitive and it’s nice knowing your work makes an impact in the organization’s overall objective. I’ve read some reviews and I believe those are from employees who did only the bare minimum. If you do the bare minimum how do you expect things to change? Why should you be recognized? You reap what you sow. If you desire to move up the opportunity is there, but it’s not going to happen overnight either,you will have to earn it and that’s not necessarily a bad thing.

I have been working for health care field for 10 years. This job was the worst place I’ve been to. You will work twice harder than other places and get paid less then competitive companies. The management is manipulating and creating stressful work environment to meet their numbers of patients. They don’t appreciate how hard you work, but will take advantage of you and find your weakness to put you in the corner. You must avoid this place. There are so many jobs in this area and you deserve to be treated better!

Each day is different. During the pandemic, we were all working to keep the community safe with COVID vaccinations and testing, while we were doing our usual work of everyday health care. Patients are stressed but they appreciate you and make your job worthwhile. Everyone tries to support one another and the management is on the same page with the workers. They roll up the sleeves and work with us. Hardest part of the job is that so many people need help. Poverty is a problem, but we actually offer solutions daily. 

This company treats their employees horribly. The management doesn’t help with problems and everyone that works there is overworked and stressed out. You are promised raises that never happen and are lied to often by management. Do yourself a favor and find a job somewhere else. Save yourself the unnecessary stress. Quitting there was the best thing I did for my health and career. I get paid a lot more now and do half the work. This is the worst place I have ever been employed .

In the time I’ve worked there about 60% of employees are always new. Some do not even stay for the probation time. At some time there was FIRE-FRIDAYS. Not to mention people always leaving after a few days. They need to reconsider their ethics and culture. Providers are always overwhelmed with demands and patients. Sorry for the patients since they do not get the attention each provider wants to give.
