What is the best part of working at the company?
This company has helped me get through difficult times in between job transition, payed me well and the staff was encouraging,welcoming and invested in helping

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The hours are long but the pay and friendly manner of staff make it worth it at the end of the day

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Work varies but is usually physical  work. Flagging is mostly standing in one spot for hours but when your working in pairs it gives you time to get to know new people as well as getting familiar with new areas around Arizona 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Directing traffic for for construction sites for 12 to 15 hours depending upon the company and season. Sounds daunting and it can be but the take home pay is well worth it

Labor system is a cool place to work if your looking to make quick extra cash. You can start the next day after you do an application. One of the great benefits about working for them is you choose what days you want to work. Daily pay is convenient. You work with many different contractors so you have no real bosses or managers. You do however, work for Foreman's but only for the day or week they need you. Then it's on to the next project for a whole different company. Most of time you get job offers from the people you work for. Which is cool if your in the need of a full-time job.
I really appreciate the customers that treat us labors with there up most respect.

My learning experience with Labor Systems varies in the construction category. As a daily labor worker, the companies I worked for usually gave me duties such as the following: mopping, brushing, or spread paints, cleaning solutions, or other compounds over surfaces to clean them or to provide protection.Operate jackhammers and drills to break up concrete or pavement. Place, consolidate, and protect case-in-place concrete or masonry structures. Position, join, align, and seal structural components, such as concrete wall sections and pipes. Shovel cement and other materials into portable cement mixers; and mix, pour, and spread concrete. Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery, equipment, and materials.

The last few times I tried working at labor system, I was meet with unfriendly attitudes directly and indirectly. Furthermore, when showing up to work I being the first in line for work, I've noticed people obtaining assignments after I have been already waiting before them for some time. I held conversations while waiting with workers and was informed that they had no repeat assignments and that they haven't been to the establishment for work in awhile. Still they were assigned work before I was. I always have been willing and ready for any job  assignment. Moreover I have always been respectful and hard working!

What is the best part of working at the company?
I almost always had a job assignment in my field of expertise and with each 
one of those assignments I was able to stay on until the job was finished ( up to several weeks) or until full time hire.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There were no stressors that I recall.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The environment was clean and professional.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Get to work early, accept my assignment, get to the job site, meet with the employer, and work a full day. I would return to the staffing agency to pick up my check either same day or at the end of the week.

For the most part the job experience is beautiful once you get out there but the management has a way of manipulating the employee ie, you get work based on the following their hyperinflated thoughts of themselves.  I've been called a liar when I try to explain things and situations have been completely turned around when trying to do things the right way and they don't want you to do that they want you to infringe on the law in a certain way to get something done

supervisors talk to team members befor shift/assemble boxes for shift/open product for shift/work on assemble line to reseal product for shipping orders to resorts/managememt doesnot listen to spervisors when problems arise with workers /workers are usually labors/short time and drunks or addicks/when a good worker comes along they are keeped and made into supervisor/job is difficult in standing on feet for 8 to 10 hour on hard cement floor stairing at the convairbelt try to get product on belt in time/meeting different typs of people.

First off I would say that my least favorite part of the day was the first part, waking up at 4 am to be at the office by 5 and then finally dispatched, with luck, by 7 am. I arrive at a variety of locations most of which are construction sites where I find myself picking up heavy things, cleaning, organizing, and sweeping. Peaceful work I suppose. Honestly, I had regular issues with coworkers who all too often were intoxicated or at least in such a severely impaired state one would think. After an average day...off at 3:30 back to the office at 4....that's 12 hours for an eight hour check.

The place is small, but has a lot of people that go in and out of it. Unfortunately, even though there are many employees that go in, there is not enough work available for everybody. The place makes most of its money off of its employees working "daily labor" jobs, so if you're looking to advance or be placed somewhere, don't get your hopes up. It's a good place to seek work if you're just starting out in the working industry or if you have a record and can't get hired on anywhere else, but be prepared to do very hard labor work.

They will hire you fast but they will fire you with no notice . They will act like they have companion for life happing but they don't. If you have kids I don't recommend this job. The managers have their favorites no matter if you work hard if you are not apart of the favorite crew you will end up finding yourself unemployed for any little things. The turn over rate is very high. U work 8 hours and eat your lunch at your desk while still working . The am shift is one person and they act like because they have worked there longer they run the show .
