Do not work here. If you are looking for a temporary job then this is the place. Because eventually they will fire you if you don’t meet up to there standards. If it’s not their way then it’s no way. If you call off a lot or needing vacation don’t apply here because apparently it’s our fault they are short staffed. They expect you to do some much. Management is such a joke. Everything goes to the owners. Don’t even try to say a word or a suggestion because they will shut you down real quick. There is no system here! They do not trust anyone even when you work so hard and show them your potential. I do not recommend anyone to apply here. This place is so toxic. All the MA’s are always over worked. Patient wise, they can come 2 hours late and still be brought in without asking if we’re backed up or not. This place is ridiculous. This place really needs to be investigated because these people do not know how to run a business.

I agree with the former HR manager who made comments on management. They do not trust each other and they are always out to get each other. They would rather keep these people then get rid of them because they are the only "ones they can puppet." Exact words from the owners. When you bring up arguments between employees to the owners they basically do not want to hear you and ask HR to come talk with you even though you are the one in a hostile environment. And they make you feel bad for even questioning them. They over work providers and there is no down time. If you are a provider you will find yourself constantly working on timelines that are impossible to meet and if you do not meet them they ask fellow employees why you are not completing your work but they overbook you. This is not a place I would recommend anyone work. HR told me if you do not like it "time to leave." I did. Managers are  unprofessional and there is too much favoritism.

LaSalle is by far is the WORST company to work for. You can forget about raises, those are non-existent.  There is no room for growth. It is a family owned business they are unprofessional and there is so much favoritism! HR is a joke if you have an issue, comment, or concern HR will not reply. They track your every move with cameras and with computer systems. You are constantly being micromanaged. Working here is so toxic! LaSalle constantly comes up with different policies that no one understands or abides by. One supervisor will say one thing another supervisor will say another and majority of the time your confused and never given a clear answer. LaSalle is currently and always short staffed, the new hires never stay long enough and they overwork you.  If you feel worthy of yourself and worth ethic do not work for LaSalle. 

I have been working at LaSalle Medical Associates for 5+ years and I have learned from all departments back office pediatrics and family, front office, lab, and call center. I am GREATFULL to have had been given the opportunity to learn and allow my skills and knowledge to grow. I have never had any problem with Management. Management is very approachable and understanding. Staff is very pleasant to work with, they are always coming in with a great attitude and their multitasking skills is a plus. The hardest part of the job is what one makes hard for themselves, it doesn't matter where you go there are always rules we have to follow and if we follow the rules then you will enjoy every part of your job . 

In order for you to be considered as an employee,  you’re required to go through an agency first (All’s Well). If you need time off, they require a 6 week advance notice, just to inform if you got approved or denied. You only get major holidays off and are required to work the day after. If you want to get paid for the holiday, you need to work two days before and two days after. Also they do not and I mean do not supply chairs for you to sit on for their front and back office staff. You only get a chair if you’re in management. Their current employees even warn new hires that no one lasts there due to those reasons. Not worth working here. No wonder it has such low ratings. You have been warned ! 

The clinic is organized for the most part but they are always investigating everything you do . They don’t tell you that your AGENCY until you accept the job offer. Once your Hired thru agency they don’t hire you after the 6 months or hours required. No I’m not the only one . The manager is very bitter and likes to create a negative environment it’s toxic . They don’t understand that you have a life and need time off . They will tell the agency your assignment has ended even though you have a dr note.  & that happens overnight so it’s not stable . I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone that has a family to support because they don’t care !!! 

It will be my second year working with lasalle soon and it has been great, yes we are and have been short staffed but it is out of our control and that is the reason why we have not been able to request for time off or vacation due to being short staff but it actually has been lifted we were notified that has changed but of course if you need to request time off we have to do it with time not just call off but even when it is an emergency they are understanding of that but like any other job you have to avoid frequent call offs, if you come to work and do your job there is no problems and management is great here at Mt Vernon location and the staff also everyone gets along here

personally I thought this place was great at first but I was a little worried because 4 new employees including myself got hired, I thought to myself why so many new employees? slowly I seen why people kept leaving and they needed new employees, there rude, unprofessional what’s worst I worked front desk one day they come and say no more chairs so I had to stand my full shift over computer work. All the co workers don’t want to help and are mean and rude, there’s no learning advantages here, chose a better clinic 

Enjoyed working there, great management and faculty. Got hired through an agency and worked  for a couple months. When it came to asking for a schedule accommodation  to leave 5 minutes early for school. I was told they’d talk with HR. Couple weeks later I got let go because they said they couldn’t do my accommodation. Instead of saying no to my request they decided to just let me go. Great job but only if you don’t need to leave early or are currently a student.

No weeknds and hours are ok besides that nothing really

They overwork you and expect you to always show up even if you have a fever

All different kinds of culture but mostly there’s many homeless people showing up
