I have been with Lift Solutions for over a decade and can tell you that this is a great company to work for. The owner is a very caring and generous individual. The company offers very competitive benefits and wages and a great work environment. 
They offer advancement opportunities, I moved up from the position I was hired for, and they do a great job of promoting from within. As someone who has worked for large corporations in the past, I greatly appreciate how the company offers the resources of a larger company while maintaining the feel of a smaller company. They also offer relevant training for you to grow within the job, they will invest in your growth and future. 
We are very team oriented and work hard to succeed as a team. This is the type of company that offers you a career as opposed to just another job. I would highly recommend Lift Solutions.

The culture of this company has been in steep decline for years.  This is especially evident over the last two years. Systems are ancient, and there is no set procedure for anything. Your support staff is ever-changing as it is a revolving door of employees. Training for these folks is almost nonexistent, same  as it is for the rest of the employees. Leadership here has taken a large hit, and is down to the bottom of the barrel. Don’t expect any help.  Be prepared to fight fires internally, as well with customers due to these inadequacies. I constantly had to fight to make sure I got paid, and that  the pay and reimbursements were correct. This company will find any way possible not to pay you what you are due.  These policies change at will. Run away, and run fast. Don’t believe the lies.

There is not one person who wouldn’t leave this company if given the chance. There is no teamwork and everyone is miserable. It’s run like it’s 1984 and you’re expected to assimilate and regress your work skills to accommodate their lack of technology and forward thinking. Broken promises to the sales team and the service department are just the tip of the iceberg, you also have to work with some of the rudest and entitled coordinators and dispatchers you can imagine. Impatient upper management refuses to realize it takes time to build relationships with new clients and repair relationships with existing customers. This is a sinking ship and strongly advise anyone to stay away from this anxiety and stress filled company who has no loyalty towards their people. 

If I would have had a review like this to read I would have never inquired about this company. It was described as remote job from a very good company, was in fact micro managed by telephone and GPS. If you find an employee that can accomplish the job requirements without needing someone to guide them you would think that company would be pleased. Not this company. Over your shoulder and needing to know every move before you even think about moving. Total waste of time and even worse management. Zero training and expected full knowledge of job without explanation or direction. My advice keep looking and if you can't McDonald's would be a better option 

I am an account manager for our clients and focus on the sales aspect of the business. I have enjoyed working for a leadership team extremely committed to growth and continually find myself in conversations with a tone of “what is the right thing to do for our customer” and “what is the right thing to do for our employee”. The leadership team does a great job listening when there are breakdowns and is collaborative to find breakthroughs. There have been some major changes and I can feel the fresh perspective and approach to business making this an enjoyable place to work. The trajectory is a positive growth journey and I’m here for it. 

High stress. Lots of turnover. Very little support from your co workers. HR is based out of Omaha. So your problems will be ignored. You will train with people in Omaha to find out Colorado does things completely differently. Communication is extremely poor. Management not great. Unfortunately with the company being located out of Nebraska a lot of the issues you see described by others gets ignored. There’s a lot of competition here. They lack access to a lot of it. Making it hard to work. Everyone here  is disposable. You’ll meet someone they will get a better offer or sick of this place fast. 

Working for LSI, is a really good opportunity. The management does really care about you and will take your suggestions whether it be positive or negative and act upon it. They do show their appreciation to their employees and take pride in their work. Like any job there are hard days and always some down sides but at least they attempt to minimize that for everyone. Training has improved in my time being here. They set clear and realistic goals for everyone in the company and do reward for hitting the goals. Definitely a better place to work than the corporate competitors.

Fire fighting day in day out, due to the lack of training for employees with high turnover rate the managers are not able to perform their leadership roles within the company. Company culture and morale is very low and stressful.  Hardest part of the job is seeing the company decline and try to rebuild with the same fundamentals and tactics used previously.

If you're not in Nebraska territory, where the company has a 30-year foundation, you will struggle to keep up with your coworkers.  Endless meetings.  You are interrogated as to why you didn't close the deal.  Every couple of years, they fire everyone and start over - The entire sales team talked about not being able to sleep with the stress.  You have to dress like a Jehova Witness and walk door to door trying to drum up new business.  A bunch of party drunks.  

High turnover has led to literally no processes or procedures. The Colorado territory is Managed by a team outside the state with no intention to adapt to the Colorado market. As a technician working in the industry for 20 years this is the most difficult company I have worked for. A lot of chaotic politics getting in the way of reaching goals. The work itself is ok but being left in the dark from dispatch and parts can make days extremely frustrating. They have a nice shop and service vans.
