Let me start this review by explaining my reasoning for writing the above: If you're working here, it's most likely that you were recruited by a temp firm, and many of your coworkers will be temps.

Your experience depends on your specific team and manager, but overall this is a terrible place to work, and it has one of the most bizarre company cultures I've encountered. It's just designed to grind you down. From the moment you enter the building, you'll spend a lot of time punching clocks and on top of that, you get only a half-hour lunch. Since the nearest restaurant is a mile away in either direction, it's not feasible to drive somewhere and order, so most employees order in--they anticipate it and keep menus at the front desk.

All work areas, break areas, other common areas, hallways and parking lots have surveillance cameras. Depending on what team you're on, you may be chided or penalized for taking time to chat, so the whole campus is dead-quiet. There are lots of other rules that reinforce the lack of autonomy you have. When you speak to people, you get the distinct sense that there's a very strong culture of fear. As a result, turnover is very high, but even when you leave, having worked here may or may not seriously damage your career depending on what you do--signing a non-competition agreement is a condition of employment.

Benefits begin to accrue after 90 days of employment, but by that time you may have waited several months to actually get them. Plan on waiting at least 6 months, in practice. Health plans are quite expensive, high-deductible plans. Somehow, they think that serving popcorn on Wednesday and the occasional burger during summer makes up for this.

Don't work here. If you need experience, there are better ways to learn your trade.

Cons
- No credit/ acknowledgement for work done well but the moment one error is made, you better BELIEVE you will hear about it
- No training at all provided. You are expected to learn your job/position without any or little training. Other employees are expected to train
- More responsibilites and work without proper compensation
- Health benefits go up each year
- Yearly reviews are few and far; Oh and don't expect a raise or to be compensated for doing your job and doing it well.
Advice to Senior Management
Maybe if you realized that if you pretended you cared about your employees, you would realize that they would WANT to work harder for you. However, it is very apparent and obvious, that this company only cares about itself and upper management. This can be somewhat expected of corporate culture; however, if you do not take the time to train your employees with the basics and provide them with the skills they need to do their job accurately and efficiently- how do you expect your company to trully grow? There is absolutely no training available here. New employees are trully on their own.
Human Resources Dept are extremely cold, unfriendly and unwilling to help or hear employee concerns.
Management misses the basics of business : Train your employees and treat them well and you will retain them.

A place where racism and discrimination is nourished. Management enjoys the torture, don't care about your feelings, they just need some dummies to clear the tasks. No skills needed, no backgrounds required. You will be promoted and paid high if you are their favorite person. Don't dare to raise your voice, then you will be pictured as "rude", and finally they will make a psycho out from you and give you the label  "it's all your perception issues"!! They will promote you, pay you high, protect you and even do the tasks for you, but make sure you are their favorite person, LOL!! They drained all my knowledge and made me work like a dog and once I left the company, they started spreading rumors about me that I was never listening to the supervisor and being rude with everyone, which is never true. Probably they didn't know that I have saved the copies of all appreciations for my work which I got from the most higher levels, and that proves their rumors to be useless. But I got proud to hear that because at least those worthless cowards were scared of me and never opened their mouth in front of me when I was in the middle of them working. What a dirty culture they have!! Shameless cowards!! Friends, if you want to work in a peaceful place where you skills and knowledge are recognized, then this is never going to be the right place, JUST RUN AWAY!!!

I enjoyed the actual work and took pride in being a hard worker. Unfortunately, the overall experience was impacted by management. There was little recognition/appreciation for employees who consistently put in extra effort. In fact, it often felt like the more work you completed the more work was added to your plate leaving the workers who take advantage to work at there own pace as there were no repercussion. There was no opportunity for advancement, and promotions seemed inconsistent and based more on favoritism than performance. This made it difficult to feel motivated about long-term growth within the company. Additionally, management communication often came across as dismissive and unprofessional which created a discouraging work environment. A stronger focus in employee appreciation, fairness and leadership development would improve the work place culture. Finally, executive leadership may benefit from closely examining previous employee feedback regarding management as improvements in this area would lead to a company that isn't close to failing and closing. 

The supervisors always try to be there to help you if needed, when you have scheduling conflicts the main supervisor is very easy to help resolve them, and you feel appreciated and of value there. I love my job and appreciate how much time and effort the company itself puts into helping patients and employees. There is usually food when someone is about to have a baby or a birthday and there are bbqs or pot lucks almost every month so it's always something to look forward to. When it snows really hard sometimes the call center closes for the day or half the day and you get paid time off (separate from PTO) if you work the day before and after. Overall, a great atmosphere to work in. It van get very hectic and calls can be draining at times, but everyone around you is there to help you remain focused and energized. It's a fast-paced environment, but there are opportunities for advancement within your position and others. Definitely worth it.

Logixhealth could be an amazing place to work. However they lack ethically, morally and culturally. There is not processes anywhere and each department is left up to their own decision making. Some people get to work remote while others are told we can’t offer remote work and we are not a remote company meanwhile half the team is remote in other states. The work is piled on us and they try to find ways to ask for more all while not offering overtime. We can work up to 40 hours with well over 60 hours worth of work. The clients are always in turmoil due to the lack of attention the reps and dept can give them based on workloads. Compliance means nothing to the dept and the director has said many times they will continue to open secure messages on their personal gmail account as we can’t open it on work computers due to an IT block. Speaking of IT another can of worms nothing works remotely… systems crash constantly, you can’t join meeting appropriately if you are in citrix etc.., all in all this is quite an outfit I would steer clear of if you are actually looking for a career and have any type of dignity about you. 

It's fairly complex work at LogixHealth, there are multiple sources of information for a problem, some conflict, and critique is harsh for any oversights. 
Management moves around constantly, your direct report can change month to month.
The compensation is not enough to live on, many long term employees work part time jobs, an indicator that the compensation never gets to a good level.

This is also the only place I have ever worked that requires clocking in and out for breaks, not just lunches. And there is just one area for time clocks, so if your break is spent somewhere else, you have to make your way over to the time clock to punch in and out of break. Employees complain about the cameras and observation, and that is a major complaint. I understand the need for time management, but this place does take it a little too far.

Do not waste your time with this company. They go through multiple reorgs and layoffs every year. They will tell you your job is safe and before you know it, you are on the street. They have already outsourced most of their employment to India and are still moving more over there. I have seen people be hired and within a month or so are let go with, "they are no longer needed". You are taking a big chance with this company.

Management has no control...the company is run by a third party who is close friends with the owner. What he says goes even though he has no idea how to run a company or help the company grow. The majority of the employees are extremely unhappy working here.

Pay and benefits are a joke. There is no 401K and no raises. The health benefits are the worst I have had at any company.

The organizations current issues stem from poor management at the highest level.  

They have hired new VPs and Directors across the company.  The new management have made many poorly informed changes.  All the company works on now is technical debt and is unable to release much software.
 
The work environment has been uncomfortable.  There were some waves of layoffs this year and now still let go employees one or two at a time every few weeks.  

The VP of engineering is very difficult.  He is not liked and is known for being rude and openly critical of staff in public forums (teams channels).

Some good things are compensation is okay and leave is also average with industry.  The company does a lot of cookouts and enrichment activities.  

What is the best part of working at the company?
The free pop corm Wednesdayand cook out are the only good thing about logix health. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Dealing with the management. Most manager do not know how tk manage their team, micro managing at it finest. I do not recommend anyone with a good work ethic to work there. They will take advantage of you at anytime. HR is horrible 😫, always goes to the manager side even if they are wrong. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Horrible, extremely fast pace and will work you to death. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Always busy, never getting the main issue fix to streamline any process. Always work around.
