The management is beyond terrible. Never listen to the staff and keep loading more work on you. They do not care about you. You are told that they will help you advance when that isn’t the case at all. HR is awful! Management will prioritize patients who harass, racially attack and berate you for the entire year because money is more important than the mental well being of the employees providing this service for over 13 hours a day. I really hope no one ever applies to do anything registration related. Registration managers are awful managers and will not care about your feelings at all. No matter how friendly they seem, they will betray you and not defend you in order to seem good to upper management. It’s unfortunate that I had this experience because it has all the factors to be a great place to work, if they paid you accurately for all the work you do and listened to staff concerns. Alas, there were really great people working there but the administration titles really go to people’s heads. They want you to do a lot of extra work and not care that the place is falling apart because they’re bending over backwards to squeeze every last penny from insurance companies and people who donate. The cleaning is awful because the staff is low because the lead in that department keeps getting everyone fired for asinine reasons that HR keeps believing because they are all tight-knit friends apparently. There are so many things wrong with the inner workings of the place it’s insane, I’m so glad I left that place and I love that I am in a better environment with HR and management who actually care about their employees

was during Covid time, so we had to learn together how to see patients; 
we were very limited on procedures in general. 
Learning all protocols every day and developing my skills with others co workers...
Very organized and great place to work
Hard part of the job was no much to do because of Covid and we had a big number of co workers , so we had to share few procedures, but at the same time, even that everyone knew there was no much to do, everybody had to show productivity. So, isn't easier been evaluated this way... I really believe is much better now.
Unfortunately my manager wasn't really well trained and she had a lot ideas , a lot of meetings, but she didn't know how to make it happen.
Best part was making new friends, meet great people and work in a great inviramant in an very organized place with good professionals doing what I knew the best. 

Apply at your own risk! Be prepare for lots of changes  adjustments, being underpaid and overworked. Upper management is unprofessional always about favoritisms and lots of lazy employees in the department. No room for growth nor job security. Employees come and goes. Terrible work environment! Rather hire low pay inexperienced employees. Will laid off experience high pay employees if budget cut is needed.. Ridiculous rules always about money and numbers. No employees appreciation! Limited dentistry work and more infection control protocols . You will train to caviwipes the oberatory room ten times. Reality is the job position is best for for entry level student learning to be a dental assistant. Not for experience dental assistant who has been assisting for a long period. 

This had been the worst work experience in my life. I am a mature women over 40 and started working in this company just 4 months ago.
Even the pay range it is very low on regards the job funtion, I liked what I was doing at the Front Desk. If you read all the bad reviews in this web page, I would say is all true.!
People there are very bad and lies all the time, the supervisor are the biggest hypocracy person . They all are. 
Also, the cleaning company ....doen't clean.
It is no time to waste on your shift it is very busy place and I was busy all the time even that, they ALWAYS have some one or something to say the biggest lies in my life and take to the manager office every week, yes every week what make me feel harrasmed and prosecuted!!! 
Please don't work in this HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!

Management doesn’t understand the day to day operations and expects staff, who are short staffed, to pick up slack no matter what.  There is always someone complaining about something not being done because there isn’t the staff to do it.  No appreciation for staff who keep the place running behind the scenes, some of who put their lives at risk handling biohazards or unsanitary conditions without adequate safe  means to do so under pressure to get it done at all costs.Lack of morale building events exclusively for said staff.  No department meetings in months. Additionally, total lack of advancement opportunity and training available.  Also, extremely high turnover rate because people get fired or leave either for silly reasons or lack of sufficient pay/non productive working environment.

Management is  disorganized and can’t carry a professional interview for potential new hires.Human Resources really needs to do an overhaul of their pay scale.Starting rates are OFFENSIVE to qualified and experienced healthcare professionals with a lot to offer the facility.This place is a revolving door and it’s clear as to why.Management expects top notch employees but isn’t willing to dish out the money to get and keep them.Instead, as a result they end up hiring inexperienced staff who come and leave once they’ve obtained some work experience.Care is terrible and the place is a mess.Stay away!

It ie rewarding to work for the community of Lowell and especially the under served population

Ineffective leadership focused on data driven quantity over quality measures. Way to top heavy 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Open communication between staff and leadership  is not encouraged. There is always a large number of 5 year employees and then by 10 the number dwindles 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Micromanaging from leadership team

This place has given me absolute miserere in the last almost 2 years - I have seen 15 and 20 year employees leaving for the lack of care and consideration for their employees! 

All i can say is choose the right department to work for ! If the wrong one is chosen you will run away faster then how u got in !

They do no not give raises but will pile on absolute tons of work !

The patients are just amazing I mean don't get me wrong we have a few that can sometimes cause a challenge but they are still amazing non the less!

Cons
- Awful management and poor leadership
- expect to micromanage the staff as they are also poorly trained
- recently hiring multiple employees in upper management who are clueless to actual needs of the clinical staff
- no room for growth unless you are best friends with upper management
- the employees are underpaid, overworked, understaffed thus leading to burnout and high turnover rates for all different positions

Pros
- great job security as employees who should have been fired are still employed
- hours can be flexible if needed
- It's next to Rosie's cafe

Everyone is great to work with as long they cooperate with each other. There are times when the phone is ringing, nobody would pick up or the call center transfer the call to the wrong department which tends to happen quite often. If the call center transfer the call to correct departments, I think there wouldn't be any problems or slow down the nurses when picking up the phone. Also if the community center offer better pay salary/ gives pay raise, people wouldn't be leaving.
