i like it here. there is an active slack culture where people are nice and aren't afraid to be themselves and there are literally hundreds of active channels where you can talk with others about stuff that interests you. and as far as when you're actually doing work, that same thing carries over, and there are a ton of slack channels for different areas and problems or technologies where you can reach out to ask questions and people are happy to help. i'm mainly focused on slack because i work remotely and that's how i interact with folks.

Lucid Software Inc. has a great company culture & is a fantastic place for fresh grads or young professionals who are looking to develop their early careers.

Pros: Lucid has a great environment. There are a lot of smart engineers, and everyone is friendly.

Cons: I felt that there wasn't enough innovation. As an engineer, I didn't understand the customer well enough to help them, and it was difficult to gain that insight. I felt the product hasn't evolved much. It feels like we're lagging behind in AI, even though there are opportunities there.

I couldn't recommend Lucid enough.  It is easy to back such an awesome product.  Leadership has focused on hiring the right people, and it has made all the difference.  It is refreshing to work at a place that values teamwork and collaboration over ego.

Really loved working at Lucid. Very engaging work and the people are top-notch. Lucid management is very organized and they have very clear and transparent communication with the company. Felt like I was heard. 

Overall, I highly recommend working here. Even during the COVID shutdown, management made efforts to keep people connected and were successful much of the time. Good benefits, pay is about average for the industry. Definitely a good place to learn how to sell. 

Lots of favoritism.  Tell you they are loyal to you and that you are family but that is not the case. Managers are untrained and push the next idea and agenda from executives.  It is too bad.

Lucid was a great place to learn about the industry they serve and grow my individual skills. The culture is fantastic there and the collaboration is great at every level of the organization.

This was a great job with outstanding benefits including a bangin work life balance.  They are constantly feeding you while providing you with a gym membership to the nicest gym in Utah.  Great workplace. 12/10 stars

The people are great and collaborate effectively. The only issue is the layoff caught me completely by surprise, but it would have been nice to know more ways they thought I could improve.

But their severance was very generous as well.
