Management needs serious work. Building owner is also direct supervisor who has ZERO people skills. Should consider hiring someone with actual management capabilities to handle that end of his job. Saw over five people get hired and fired the same day in the short time I was there. Many employees speak no english, making communication a challenge. Non compete was pushed on me in interview/hiring process. They’re always hiring as they can’t keep good workers. Clean facility, but issues with many of the machines cause production problems. Most employees you’d work with are nice people, it’s the upper management that will drain the life out of you. Healthcare and other benefits are a joke and there is no 401k match. Reviews/chances for a raise are annually, regardless of how well you’ve been doing. Would NOT recommend.
