The workers on the floor are nice to work with. The environment is fast-paced warehouse manufacturing setting where employees are treated as if they are expendable. 
Max is a startup company, there's little to no process procedures in place, and currently lacks Quality culture and leadership.  The health insurance is very expensive. Your job duties can change from day to day. Upper management lacks accountability when things go wrong it's the floor workers that get penalized. There is unlimited opportunity for overtime. You will enjoy your coworkers on the machines and packing.

Max is a great company to work for, with plenty of room for growth if you’re motivated. Overtime is always available, and they offer a solid vacation and benefits package. The staff are friendly and work well as a team. Leadership is organized and keeps production running smoothly. The company is growing quickly across different locations, and it's easy to see why! I’d definitely recommend working here. There's not much to complain about here from what I can see. Like any company, there are good days and bad days—that’s just part of the experience. The key is to embrace it, keep learning, and continue growing in your profession.

Unrealistic and unreasonable expectations. And no appreciation for your efforts

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Incredibly toxic. Like walking on eggshells for fear of being fired. All day every day.

Too much work
Too little help
No appreciation

This company is new but far from it. They are going to take over the packaging space with a family vibe. I love working here. Management actually cares about you, your career path, advancement and I've never seen senior leadership so involved. It's inspiring and refreshing to say the least!!!! 

Max solutions is a great place to work. The management team is easy to get along with and the people on the floor are a great group of people. If you know how to do your job correctly  in a timely manner and put out good quality work you will be happy working for this company. 

New company with an open and supportive team culture. Company is being built literally from the ground up and they encourage teammates to give suggestions and feedback on how best to do the job. Refreshing in today’s world.

WORK  LONG DAYS without any appreciation on the most part expected to do things that is not in your job description two-Face people coworkers which is the most disappointing part of everything

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new opportunity.  The team is great and very supportive.  There is a lot of room for growth and advancement.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Management, poor scheduling, unrealistic due dates

I just switched to this company and it was the best move I've ever made.  I'm learning a lot and the management truly cares about the employees.  The workplace culture is awesome.
