If you have a good strong back and knees and do not mind doing very heavy back breaking work even with a helper then this is the job for you, the warehouse guys will purposely bury heavy items that you need to pain steakily dig up for you your stop, which is totally unnecessary. And then after loading your hand truck, you have to go down very steep stairs with out dropping it.  And on top of that the stops can be very challenging especially in NY, at times there is no where to park the huge truck and backing up in very tight and dangerous spots, the management seems to don’t care as long as you make your stops! At the end of everyday your back and knees will be aching!!! They pay good but it’s not worth killing yourself!

At MQF you never know what you're going to walk into. Communication between upper management and the supervisors is poor. The biggest flaw here is that the kids are put in charge of running the company. They are far from qualified to hold a management role. They also feel very entitled and think they are better than people. The hardest part of the job is never being able to move forward and grow as a company. The most enjoyable thing is working together with the warehouse employees to accomplish the workload. 

New employees come and go every day, you will be lucky if you get hired by the company and not the agency. A lot of people quit or get fired within days. This includes managers and supervisors. Place is very versatile and hostile. You will hear different managers telling you different things which contradicts each other.  There is a reason why this company has such a low rating.

This place is like a zoo.  There are giraffes, sloths and turtles that work there.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Working with unprofessional individuals that are know it all but know absolutely nothing.

Just like any DMV or better yet any reality show.

Like a prisoner at a correctional facility.

It was a great opportunity to work and meet new people that grew working for the company

I don't know what the other reviews are talking about this is a great company to work with and get experience in for years to come, good time talking to fellow workers during lunch, managers care for workers and treat them with the respect they deserve. There is a stand by guy from cbm to call if you ever run into any trouble and he always picks up the phone to answer any questions no matter the time of day.  i called at 4am once would  recommend. to a friend

Daily checks , rotation issues and receiving procedures, would start each day. Clearly we worked to get a good management team throughout the year and once that task was complete, a since of relief we enjoyed. All in all my days were 10 hours plus on our feet most of them when you enjoy what you do it's a breeze.

Only if its the last and only job available would i ever work in that warehouse again. Lowest pay in the industry (warehouse selector). Management totally disconnected until workers are not killing themselves. Many illegal immigrants without paperwork. No 401k. Poor benefits. Products dropped on the floor and repackaged as new..(chicken,fries,fruit etc).

The days are Always busy over there

The management take side and put the responsibility of other work on me because I was a good work they fired me because I called over back to back but I had days to cover but they fired me because they said I was making a bad example because I was the best selector in the ware house I don’t feel like that was fair to me I put my all into my work.
