I got to be honest with my review,  in concept, MGS could be a great company to work for if they understood what their employees want. MGS is a company with decent wages, great earning opportunities for those who want to put the work for it. 

This being said, it is not a full time possition. Work ranges for this position does NOT offer overtime, unless in counted occasions. Hours range from 30 hours to 39 hours and God forbid you work more than 40 unless they really really need it. This however, is not a weakness if exploited correctly. 

This is a good job to be able to match with other jobs, because it is under the condition that you won't spend too much time in it. However, they did not understand what the employees wanted.

 In recent times, a memo came out trying to appeal to the employees loyalty, that we could not work for different companies that offer similar services in the Airport. Many of the employees who were applying to similar companies which DO offer full time/ overtime, and were denied a letter decided to move to the competition without hesitation. Of course they did! That's the reason we are now understaffed. So you have people who have been working for both companies for some time, and they have been told by MGS they had a month to decide which company will they chose. 

They shoot themselves in the foot and then wonder why they are understaffed. Mind you, this is mostly for a part time. They give you all the shortcomings of being a part time employee, and now that you can't apply to similar companies in the same niche, you have none of the advantages of having a part time. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Decent pay, incentives and bonuses during OEP, and coworkers. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The subpar training (only due to such short amount of time compared to the amount of information needed to be learn and in no way the fault of the trainors who were amazing)and useless nesting period (all aspects of which was a wast of time) and the tedious timesheet recording. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment and culture is honestly the best part. I worked with an awesome bunch of people and had a great supervisor who was helpful and supportive.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I usually get my computer going and windows up I'll need and check my emails and messages and then log Into my call program and phone, auto in and take calls.

Provide assistance with many phone calls from students and parents regarding the FAFSA application process including helping with corrections to the application.  Responded to inquiries via phone and email with the Department of Education.  Also, received calls regarding defaulted federal student loans with Default Resolution Group and helped borrowers enroll in the Fresh Start Program to get their student loans out of default. Enjoyed enrolling clients in the program so they can get a fresh start. This was a dual position working with Default Resolution and the Department of Education.

This company is unorganized, family-owned opportunist, pay is below standard and they really don't care about anything but money. you are like cattle. Abusive leadership hostile and toxic

hostile toxic, use you to build them up and then replace you after years of sweat for them with a new vision. spanish

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
12 hours non stop, short staffed, wont hire

What is the best part of working at the company?
They truly believe in education and promoting from within.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The only stressful part is when computers go down.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very inclusive. You are encouraged at every step to provide feedback and Maximus listens. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Always given instructions if anything changes. Stress free environment.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Support from trainers/management. Ability to work from home

Pace of quizzes and final exam not long enough 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Positive feedback provided by leadership. Encouraging management team

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Learning a lot. Frequent feedback.

The training was tough but very thorough. The Supervisors were there to help in any way possible. 
Lack of communication and how to contact them when you are out sick for a long point of time. 

The company cuts corners, no breaks, no raises, not enough employees for company demands. Does not pay well for such high demands. Jobs turn over rate is high indeed. 

I enjoy helping people hence the reason I applied and accepted the job offer then stayed after 12 weeks of training. The management team works as a gang & is unprofessional. They will not assit to help you succeed after training. They will lie as a group to make sure you quit or get terminated if they do not like you. 

I didn’t learn anything in this unprofessional company. They don’t pay attention for safety of their customers and employees, they provide poor quality services for their customers.
