Working as a line cook at Meal Prep Sunday has been a great experience. From the start, I felt like part of the team. The managers really care about us, and it shows in how they treat everyone. The kitchen is well-organized, and while it’s busy, it’s never too stressful. We all work together to get the meals done, and it feels good to know we’re making food that our customers love. It’s not just a job; it’s about helping people eat well and live better. The best part is the friendly atmosphere. It feels like a big family, and everyone supports each other. There are also lots of chances to learn new things and grow in the job, which keeps things interesting. The managers are easy to talk to and always open to new ideas, which makes you feel valued. 



The company culture is supportive, collaborative, and encourages continuous learning and growth. Leadership is transparent and approachable, always open to new ideas and feedback. The team I work with is incredibly talented and dedicated, which makes coming to work every day enjoyable. There are also plenty of opportunities for professional development and career advancement. Overall, Meal Prep Sunday is a fantastic place to work.

Out of all the places i've worked, this place has truly challenged me as not only as a professional but also as a person. Hear me out, if you have a passion to cook or a passion to create content like myself - there will be a stark difference from when you came and where you'll be at. 

I’m proud to be part of this company. I’ve found a respectful work environment with people who are committed and always willing to help. The day-to-day work can be challenging, but it’s also motivating, and you can see that the company truly cares about both results and people. It’s a place where hard work is noticed and appreciated.

Because of the incredibly high volume of food that must be made for delivery, there is always pressure to make more things happen, faster. The volumes of prepared food that was required to prep increased weekly, but we still only have the same 24 hour days. The company more than doubled in size during my employment.

A typical day at work involves engaging tasks, where I continuously learn and grow. Management is supportive, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture. The most enjoyable part is being part of a team that values growth and creativity.








Working in this company has been an extremely gratifying experience. The professional consideration shown from the beginning, the trust in my work, and the well-structured career plan are aspects I highly value. I’ve been working here for 2 years and it has helped me grow as a person it has showed structure and growth. Working  at Meal Prep Sunday is a place to grow and improve skills in the kitchen. It can get stressful at times at times but when seeing the end result of the meals show the hard work put in by each team member. Communication can improve between  team members but overall a great place to work 

I honestly wouldn't suggest anyone work here unless you crave verbal abuse and an insane workload that can't  possibly be handled by one person. The company is shady and due to this dealing with customers who are, understandably, upset is a painful task day to day. Also they will advertise  they pay up to $24 an hour for this position  but good luck getting above $20. 

One of the standout features of working here is the supportive company culture. The management team is approachable and genuinely values employee feedback, which fosters an environment of collaboration and growth. My colleagues are not only talented but also friendly, making it easy to work together on projects and share ideas.
