Management is engaged and focused on growth. Leadership encourages development and provides opportunities for advancement, particularly for attorneys who demonstrate consistency and strong performance.

The culture is team-oriented and driven. This is not a slow or relaxed environment—it’s built for people who want to improve, stay busy, and build a strong skill set quickly.

The hardest part of the job is the pace and expectations. It requires good time management and the ability to handle a full caseload.

People often quit their jobs due to poor management for several reasons. Firstly, poor management can create a toxic work environment. Employees may feel overwhelmed, confused, or undervalued when managers fail to provide clear expectations and effective communication. This can lead to decreased job satisfaction and ultimately result in employees seeking better opportunities elsewhere. Secondly, poor management often leads to a lack of support and recognition. Employees need guidance, feedback, and recognition for their efforts to stay motivated and engaged. When managers fail to provide these essential elements, employees may feel unappreciated and undervalued, significantly impacting their morale and productivity. The attorneys at the Law Office of Bryan Fagan are not reliable at all. Communication is inconsistent, and it often feels like promises are made without follow through. There is a clear lack of structure, and expectations seem to change without much notice or explanation.

The compensation and benefits are also a concern. There is no holiday pay and no PTO unless you are salary. On top of that, the commission structure is very low. It is 1 percent commission under 10K in sales, and it only increases to 2 percent after reaching that threshold. For the amount of work expected, it does not feel balanced or competitive.

Base pay was around 20 dollars per hour, with the possibility of slightly more depending on negotiation. Even with that, the overall pay structure does not seem to match the workload or performance expectations.

Overall, the experience felt frustrating and unorganized. There is a consistent pattern of added responsibility without a clear improvement in structure, support, or compensation clarity.

What is the best part of working at the company?
It’s an awesome team environment and though we work hard, it’s a playful and fun as well.  You are able to support the growth of the company by simply sharing your solutions and process improvement updates.
The company is steadily growing and if you have a growth mindset, this is a great company to work for.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Family law is a high stress and emotional field of law, there is no secret to that, the firm leads with care and compassion and encourages employees to take breaks and have professional fun at work.  Each employee is empowered to focus on their well being.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Fun, we work hard and play harder.  We celebrate everyone and everything!  

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy however the casual work environment and open door policy is helpful.

Fun environment once you get acquainted with the office life and your coworkers. Also a good way to learn about family law. Work to life balance is achievable. Downside is upper management needs a lot of work in regards to the way they treat employees, the thoughtlessness that goes into their decisions for the office and how it will affect their employees. Office lacks structure and clarity. Many of the enraged clients were due to the way the office is ran and it was honestly understandable. The owner also wants to expand the company at a rapid pace to make more money with no consideration of staffing the new location but making the employees in the original one travel to the new one. Like previously mentioned management sometimes lack consideration of others because they have tunnel vision towards making money. 

It’s rare to find a client who isn’t extremely angry with the company. Any department that isn’t Intake (calls from people inquiring about the company) and Ambassadors (people who explain the pricing structure) is going to be miserable dealing with clients. Many real Google reviews highlight that the services are expensive but almost no work gets done on the cases. Being a billing representative, i was often confused about why some simple correspondences with attorneys was invoiced even though it was for the clients to catch up their new attorney because their previous attorney left the company. I see why clients are angry but employees are expected to not care.

I love how everyone in this company cares to help one another. We all strive to get the job done. I appreciate my manager who helped me succeed and achieved my goals by a push. This law office is a place you want to go to for help. They work hard to make all clients satisfied with any case you may have. 
Thankful I got a chance to work at The Law office of Bryan Fagan. 

They have a lot of staff and a decent amount of clients coming. When I was there we didn't get paid much and raises were a joke. We also didn't have insurance, sick leave or holiday pay. I heard they have decent insurance now. So that's a positive. 

Training is only a week long. You will be expected to reach unachievable goals each month, and have your incentives messed up each pay period. High turnover. Save yourself time and energy and go elsewhere. 

The whole Bryan fagan law firm rocks from upper management to intake. You will sore high with them amazing place to get your wings and progress, best place to even start off for beginners
