I've been working at Mom's Home Care since November 19th, 2014. This isn't a coincidence since the owner of this business is very reliable, punctual and always pays equal attention to both clients and caregivers. This agency follows the rules and laws, which makes me feel secure and I trust them. They only hire highly qualified, well-educated people who have a positive attitude. I've never met anyone who was a bad caregiver here at Mom's Home Care, all of them are always helpful and kind. The company always pays on time, and fair. Furthermore, they pay sick days, which I am forever grateful for, due to my recent injury. Any time I have had any questions, they've always responded promptly and addressed all my concerns. To me, Mom's Home Care feels like a big family and I am so happy and blessed that I can be a part of them!

I have worked for this company for 5 years now and I can say that this  is the best company I have had the pleasure of working  for . I have been treated with dignity and empathy from the start by such great support staff and management. If there ever was a mistake in pay or hours they have immediately worked to solve the problem and always have given such tremendous support to their employees . I love to never have to worry about asking for time off or changing cases because management has always been so willing to work with me and actually is interested in well being and happiness of employees. I always recommend Moms home care for both services and employement

Unfortunately they pay minimum wage for assignments that require the most work and the compensation for mileage is low. You WILL ALWAYS end up paying out of pocket for gas to take clients places. They reimburse you very very little. This is Los Angeles so you’re not able to live off this income but they do their best at fulfilling your needs as far a scheduling goes. The employers (staff) are highly respectful and appreciative of their employees and most of the time it shows. Mom’s HomeCare is positively high on top agencies to work for.  They’re trusted, honest, and very reliable.

I like working for Mom's.  This company has another company that secretly checks on how they are doing.  They really care about their staff they have competitive wages, employee of the month, raffles, and they even send accommodations in the mail when you take additional shifts.  The owner regularly checks with the staff and the clients and will even work shifts himself.  Mom's is the best name for this company because they care for the employees not just the customer!

The company only cares about the money they bring in from clients/patients. Even if that means they don't put the client first. They seem friendly and nice at first during the hiring process. BUT If you have an issue/complaint they will only hear you out BUT not do anything. ALSO they will argue that you are wrong and will NOT be on your side. If you say for example that there is a hostile work environment and feel uncomfortable they will completely disagree/argue with you. Dont work here unless you are desperate for money you will be stressed out because if an issue were to arise they WONT help you. 

I enjoy working at Mom's Home Care. A typical work day can be quite busy being a member of the office staff. Everyone from the caregivers, director and office co-workers are great to work with. I have learned a lot about managing an office and the profession of caregiving. It truly takes exceptional people to be great caregivers. The hardest part of the job would be last minute changes, but everyone works hard to provide the best possible care to the clients. The most enjoyable part of the job is the work environment and co-workers.

Best part of my experience at Moms home care was there professionalism, staff was always available, great communication and excellent service for patient review of their caregiver.

I can't remember a stressful day.

Team player, family oriented and efficient

Busy most days, some days were chill

I would highly recommend working at Mom's Home Care. I've been doing caregiving for about 7 years now and this is by far one of the best agency that I've worked for. Management is great! They are always considerate and do their very best to meet the needs of their employees as well as their clients. Also their clients and their families are very nice to work with. I honestly look forward to going to work everyday.

Since the day I started I've been treated pretty great!!! , all my questions are always answered and if I need to take a few days off proper placement is found always till I return . Everyone on the staff is pretty friendly and always reachable during an emergency.  Great opportunity if you want flexibility and continues clients available for extra hours.

When you lose a client or patient that you have grown to know and respect for them

Very peaceful but I can only speak for me
