They always say they're one big happy family but the truth is they only care about the numbers and not the clients or caregivers starting pay is very minimal and they don't even consider raises once earned you are required to ask for your PTO hours to be placed in your bank to be used instead of it being automatic like most jobs if you don't agree to fill in for a shift they won't schedule you for any others and will only call if they're in a "pickle". I don't recommend working here even if it is just for the experience

Everything the care, love, passion and patience for their clients and caregivers. Their a great company to work for.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There's no stress about it your caring and helping clients that needs help and assistance.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very nice welcoming compassionate and understanding.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Normal helping clients with their daily activities chores cooking and errands.

I love working with Montebello Home Care. I feel the love, care and support not just for the client but also the caregivers are nothing but amazing. If you want a job at Montebello Home Care, dress to impress and be on time to the interview. The interview process was great. I had always hoped to be a part of a team having high work ethics, professionalism and a love for helping others. I really had given up on this until I  joined Montebello Home Care. There are regular productive meetings to address concerns. This is a "like minded" group of people who DO NOT have the "Not my job" approach to helpings co-workers. The most rewarding part of my day is knowing that I was a part of making someone's life better. 

Very family oriented as well as being surrounded with positive people. “I had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this business to others.” Overall the absolute best home health care company your family will ever have the opportunity to experience.

The patients, I enjoyed my clients

Hours, sometimes they would want me to work 17 hrs a day

The environment is very friendly

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Full of laughter and love. Talking about the past and history

Positive:  They were accommodating to scheduling needs and upfront as to their expectations and job requirements. 
 Supervisor (Hope) was always helpful and direct with any questions and/or issues.  Good company to work for.
Negative:  Low pay, barely above minimum wage (which seems to be norm for this position/industry).

Being apart of wonderful 💯 nice people 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Nothing I've never experience any stress from Montebello home care 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Clean fresh wonderful culture 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
They are very helpful and caring

The management works really hard 24/7 to get their employees the hours they want and are very good at it.  The co-workers are super friendly and the clients are just precious human beings.  My favorite part of the job is getting to meet the clients and becoming so close with them.
