I currently work for 3 female attorneys who stay very busy. The firm has only 4 female attorneys so I have the privilege of working for 3 of them. I have terrific co-workers; however most of our work is done individually. A typical day is very busy and I do not get to sit down very much between pulling files for attorneys, getting my files to work on, etc. The hardest part of my job is the new management which is challenging. The most enjoyable part of my job is to help people win their lawsuit and provide some comfort as they go through this very challenging process. I have learned to be flexible and to become very efficient in order to maximum my work day. I would prefer that you not contact me current employer as I am still employed there.

During my day at work I greet customers and help them find whatever they may need. I have learned that there is alot more to running a gas station than I thought there was when I was younger. I have gotten along with all my co-workers from the day I started. I believe that the hardest part of my job there is having to manage my time very wisely since I 'm the only one there late at night by myself. I have to make sure I devote my time to get things done right in between when customers are coming into the store constantly so that I can be out of the store when I am suppose to be. Despite all of that the most enjoyable part of the job is meeting new people each day and developing a relationship with the return customers.

This was a great place to work for a short period of time. Visiting multiple clients and helping them attain the ability to live at home is and was a rewarding feeling in itself. You gain strong bonds with the clients and tend to get to know them very well. There wasn't too much interaction between co-workers unless there was a meeting or if there was a client that was showing certain behaviors which then pushed us to constantly keep in contact regarding the specifics to stay on the same page.

No overtime pay, always wanting you to use PTO hours,especially when you have hundreds of overtime hours built up.
Management is over paid and very none productive. All they do is meet to figure out when they have to meet again. I worked over 400 overtime hours a year and received a 2% pay raise twice in 5 years.
Management is very out of touch with what's going on in the world around them.

Great company. Would recommend. However, your success and happiness on the job depends on where you work within the company and your manager. Working with CFO and her preferred staff can be very difficult.

I worked for a Senior Partner in a twilight office that they closed and the Senior Partner then retired that is why I had to move on to the Law Firm of Thompson and Colegate.  If the attorney I was working for did not retire I would not have left.  I thought he was wonderful.

Management was great. This was a very busy office with a lot of clientele.  You always had something to do.  I really enjoy working with numbers and this was the job for that.  I had to balance reports on a daily basis.  Fast typing and 10-Key speed was a must for this position.  It was great.

learned all parts of all assembly from start to end. Continued this to all my future jobs.

I was given a free hand to run my job. Problems were really opportunities to work together and work them out. Hardest part of my job was the lack of training in the skilled trades. really enjoyed riding by a building I built and being proud to say I did.
