During my time as a medical provider at NIVA Health, I had the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment that consistently challenged me to deliver high-quality patient care. The team at NIVA Health is dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services, and my experience there was both fulfilling and educational.
One of the aspects I appreciated most about NIVA Health was the thorough approach to patient care. Despite the busy environment, there was always a strong emphasis on accuracy and patient-centered service. Each day presented new challenges and learning opportunities, allowing me to expand my skills and deepen my understanding of patient care.
The skills and knowledge I acquired continue to benefit me in my career as a medical provider. I would recommend NIVA Health to any healthcare professional looking for a busy but supportive workplace.

They do a great job of on the job training however they need to do better at the process of assigning patients and ensuring charting is completed on time before adding more patients. Communication with new employees would be great. Show you care even if you don’t. Don’t make the job look amazing just to get someone onboard and then can them. We have lives and children just like you. Have patience and work together with new employees and you will grow a great team. Lastly stop randomly making meetings and expecting employees to jump on when we’re with patients or driving. Your meeting is not more important than my life. We shouldn’t be on our phones while we are driving anyway unless the company is fronting all these fines. 

The Perfect Clinic is the best way to describe my workplace. I absolutely love working for NIVA Health! I am proud to represent this company as a Medical Assistant and believe very strongly in the services that we offer.  They are truly remarkable. I have witnessed with my own eyes patients coming in unable to walk unassisted and after treatment is completed, they are in a much better walking state and coming in with smiles. The friends that I work with (yes FRIENDS, they are not just coworkers.. these are people I have developed amazing friendships with) are all genuine, trustworthy, helpful, and happy to be at work. The culture when you come into our clinic is absolutely amazing. I have nothing but positive things to say about the upper-level management. I wish that everyone had the opportunity to enjoy their job the way that I do. 

-Typical day at work- Busy, taking a lot of calls and scheduling appointments
-Learned- New scripting and call etiquette 
-Management- Helpful and wants you to succeed and the direct manager does good at answering qestions and problems
-Workplace culture- I work from home and have no problems with the culture
-Hardest part of the job- Juggling the phone and schedule has been hard for me but I am improving
-Enjoyable part of the job- Work from home. This has been very nice and I also enjoy the group meetings

I worked at NIVA HEALTH for almost 2 years while I was going through online college courses for my nursing career. It was not "just a job". I made forever bonds with my coworkers. We would share lunch, jokes, and we hang out on the weekends outside of work. Who can say that about their coworkers?!!? NIVA Is a FAMILY. Yes there are ups and downs and changes but the support and communication is something that never dwindled down and changed. I was supported for my schooling and hopefully once I am a NP I can join back with NIVA.

Working as a remote call center representative for Niva Health was a fulfilling experience that allowed me to contribute to the company's mission of providing exceptional healthcare services to patients in order for them to live their best lives. 
The training and support provided by Niva Health were exceptional, enabling me to excel in my role and deliver high-quality service to patients. The company's commitment to employee development and well-being was evident throughout my time there.
Unfortunately, I made the difficult decision to leave Niva Health for personal reasons. Despite my departure, I am grateful for the valuable experiences and skills gained during my time with the company.

Sad to left this company Niva Health. I was only there for a month but due to family emergency situations I had to move out of state. I was offered a position at one of the other offices but unfortunately not able to take it at the moment due to the situation. I do believe that it was very kind of the company to make that offer to me. I caught on quickly as I am a fast learner, and the most enjoyable part of my job was seeing the difference made. Each week patient testimonials would express the change and improvement in overall health and symptoms and that is why I am in this job industry, to help improve wellbeing of patients.

There are very few pros in working for Niva Health. They do offer higher pay than most clinics for medical assistants. The schedule is a 4x10 schedule. They do give you two sets of company scrubs that are complimentary. However, there are still some concerns. There aren't any pay increases and they have a unnecessary bonus structure that is difficult to obtain. There's no insurance or unlimited PTO. If you are a person of color, then your experience will not be the best. The medical assistants are expected to do a majority of the work while the manager and provider are allowed to gossip in an office. Just be careful in joining this company and use it as a potential stepping stone.

My time at this company NiVa Health is coming to an end but I am so grateful that I was able to work here during this stepping stone of my life. Being a full time parent and in night classes for my educational degree NiVa worked with me. My boss was very generous and bought us bagels and coffee for breakfast for working hard and it really made everyone feel like we were thought of and appreciated.  I am sad to be leaving but glad that I was able to be here and learn what I did.

Working with NIVA Health has been the most exciting stage of my life, and I am thankful to have such a positive experience. The management team is so respectful, and I appreciate that. As a manager, I can say as a company it is an extremely good company. Each location has its own culture and you would need to see how you as a person and professional would fit in that culture. I understand the changes our Founder has brought to the organization. As any company, not everything is perfect. For the most part, there are policies to make sure that things are done correctly from every standpoint, however, there are instances where these are not effective.
