The clients are the only good part of working for this company.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I fell on the job and broke my shoulder on a Monday then was fired by Friday for reasons the company made up or maneuvered the truth enough to help their case. They scheduled me from one client to the next without anywhere near enough time to even get from one house to the next. Sometimes, I was scheduled to leave one home and be at the next home at the exact same time. They are not fair about pay at all.

In multiple client homes throughout the day with travel between

Great learning experience . adjust to to all and everyday life tactful and initiative and affectionist while well on my job working that's needed to be done happily caring cheerful and I'm adaptable great learning all cultures unique.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
For someone who cares and loves a job and initiative on the job great learning for great Learners experience for all.

My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating. . The overall operations are poorly organized, and communication within the workplace is consistently lacking. Management, in particular, has shown a concerning level of unprofessionalism, failing to provide support, guidance, or basic responsiveness when issues arise. The lack of leadership and accountability creates a stressful and unproductive environment. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a reliable, respectful, or well-managed workplace.

 Typical day is getting to spend time taking care of patients who are amazing I learn something new all the time and management like I said the ones in cookeville are just awful and snobby and act like they don't even want to do there jobs the ones in onieda are amazing the hardest part is getting attached to your patients and they pass away the best part is getting to take care of them before they do

Easy going time always flew by..

This is a great family-oriented company to work for. It provides flexible schedules and has a clear work/life balance in mind. There is pleasant communication with management and other staff/employees, a comfortable work environment, and opportunities for career advancement. 

Your given no respect from the people on the phone never have I ever met my actual  boss been here over a year you get no benefits as full time employees  no PTO sick days nothing insurance is high as He** and they don't understand  the balance of life and home and work you get no compassion from the "boss" if u want a paycheck this is the place to come but if u want balance and respect go somewhere else.
