I don't recommend this as an employer to anyone! The turnover rate is extremely high and it's hard to tell if the office staff actually work. There wasn't much to show for it. I heard a lot of murmuring and complaints about upper management not committing. And I believe that to be totally true. if you bring a problem "to the table" so to speak, it gets brushed under the rug like it never happened. THAT is how they "problem solve" There is never any accountability. While a very select few in management do their best and work very hard, the majority of them are severely lacking, and it shows. Upper management takes pride in calling themselves a "family" but its not, and no one is ever happy there. There is a lot of back stabbing there. I don't recommend this place at all, its not worth it.

Good company to work for if your priority is choosing your own schedule and being treated respectfully by schedulers...no badgering to take a shift. On-call assist is immediately available and is collaborative with the on-duty nurse.

I enjoyed working for Nightingale Homecare. I took care of one  patient maybe 2 at a time if it was couple care.I learned a lot from the patients and the company. They worked around my schedule.When reporting a health status change to immediate supervisor , the nurse responded in a promptly manner. Excellent team at the office , great communication.

Highly recommend this Agency. Very friendly and helpful co workers, office and managers. Good communication from managers that are willing to listen to concerns, ideas and provide feedback. Very team like atmosphere with other co workers and the office who strongly care about the patients.

Management recognizes when staff is doing a good job and scheduling staff is easy to work with and reliable. The charting system for Nurse Assistants is easy and finding the clients was never an issue. Management was responsive to feedback and the nurses were always pleasant and understanding.

A typical day/night for me was always very insightful working within the senior community.  I may have only one client but I came in contact with many others.  Always find meeting new people quite interesting and very informative.  Hardest part of the job is watching your clients pass away.

This is the best Homecare agency I have ever had the pleasure to work for. They have both their client's and caregiver's best interest at heart. 

If you want a job in Homecare, I definitely recommend this agency!

They made sure that things were always clean an patients needs were meet. When I needed days off they were easy to work with. Very friendly to the staff. My co-workers an I always did good team work.

Typical office positions are 8:30a - 5p with half hour lunches. Field staff varies with home health clinicians getting the flexibility to make their own schedules.
