One of the standout qualities of this organization is the never-ending support that is offered. From the moment I joined, I felt embraced by a compassionate and caring community. It's truly heartwarming to be part of a team that genuinely cares for its employees' well-being and growth.

I absolutely love what I do in this hospice community liaison role. Every day, I have the privilege of making a positive impact on the lives of patients and their families. It is incredibly rewarding to be part of a team that shares the same passion for providing compassionate end-of-life care.

In summary, my experience with this employer has been nothing short of exceptional. With dedicated leadership, unwavering support, and a rewarding role, I couldn't ask for a better place to work.

When I decided to work with Noble, I was not sure that Hospice would be for me. It did not take long for me to realize Hospice is where I belong. I have had the pleasure of working with some  incredible case managers, leaders and fellow CNAs. Communication and ideas are welcomed and acknowledged. I have always felt heard and  part of a team. What I enjoy most about my job is the time spent with patients. We visit our patients Monday through Friday. We get to know our patients, their families and communities. There is a Noble standard. We work hard for our patients. We take our time, not only providing personal care, but companionship, and provide our patients the dignity they deserve. I love working for a company that is caring and supportive and continues to prove that we stand true, assisting so many through a difficult time in their lives. I am grateful to be a small part of Noble. 

This company is so top heavy in management, there's no one left to actually work.  There is a heavy "click" atmosphere, and if you're not in the click WATCH OUT.  It seems that all that matters to them is getting as many admissions as possible even though they really are not appropriate for Hospice.  Management does not help the employees out; they are left to fend for themselves.  You do not feel supported in this job, and you will quickly feel overwhelmed and over worked.  People keep saying this company was better when it was smaller, but growing has sadly destroyed the work culture.  Meetings are constantly scheduled and cancelled at the last moment.  Promises are made to follow up and never happen.  Extra support is always promised and never happens.  Promises made all around and just never happen.  You would think with that many people in management, follow through would never be a problem.  It is beyond a problem. 

In an effort to grow, this company abandoned it's integrity. Inappropriate admissions, disregard for CMS/Medicare guidelines. Undermining and disrespecting the professional assessments and judgements of trained clinical staff. There is no support for field staff. Have approved PTO? better find your own coverage or your patients go without care. There are so many managers and directors of this and that, yet, when you need assistance, emails/calls/texts go unanswered. HR is a joke. multiple people and you still can't get an answer, or your check or benefits aren't right. The person who is supposed to be the insurance expert, is not that. They throw around the "family" red flag at every turn. They clearly do not know how toxic that is. Management is very "clique-y", lots of trolls and moles in the office.  Rules apply to some but not all. Benefits are awful, terrible coverage, outrageous prices

I offer a (5)-star rating with the awareness that no company, particularly a growing company, is without its challenges and tensions. It is inevitable with growth. The key, for me, is how a group of leaders determine to navigate the tension, pursing growth and development, without doing so at the expense of its employees.  
I appreciate that Noble has demonstrated a commitment to both "competency" and "compassion", for the staff, as well as the people we serve. I find that I am able to pursue the passions of my own heart (in caring and bringing comfort to others) in the context of a staff who sees and values me, as well.
I have (30)+ years of experience in leadership and some form of compassion-care and am pleased to find myself amongst such qualified people at this season of my life.
I would highly recommend Noble to anyone who embraces similar commitments (competency and compassion) and is willing to grow into its purposes and mission, collectively.

This company has changed over the last year, and not for the better.  There is no professionalism within the management team.  Everyone is related or best friends.  So, if you're not part of that click your work life is miserable.  There are so many negative reviews, and these are people asking for change.  Begging for change to make the company what it once was.  Instead of seeing this for what it is, the CEO is pushing employees to go to the review platforms and add "positive reviews" This company does not provide the care it promises.  Patients see a constant revolving door of nurses and cna's, hardly the same ones.  All they seem to care about is increasing the number of admissions, whether or not they are appropriate does not matter.  Numbers matter, that is all.  

I was a fan of Noble before I came to work for them.  There is a genuine, caring, compassionate and supportiveness at the core that makes Noble stand out among thier peers.  This quality is evident from the ceo, to the marketers to the nurses, to the caregivers.  I was very pleased that these attributes remained once I became an employee .

The schedule and work load allows time to give proper reverence to patients and fully support them and thier families.  But also flexible enough for a proper work/life balance.  Training is ongoing and Management is always eager to help.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The cna supervisors are horrible. Have no idea what they are doing. They do not care about their employees.  Scheduled change daily and also have pts that do not belong in hospice. Started out great then went downhill. I told them I was not happy and they didn’t care. Place is a joke!

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Scheduling changes and not caring about employees 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It’s ok could be better. Friendly to your face and say they are willing to help but they don’t care

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
5-6pts a day. Showers or comfort visits

I’ve been a nurse for about 9 years now and I can say without a doubt that Noble is the best company I have ever worked for in the medical field. I’ve come from the hospital setting, and whereas I’ve never had terrible experiences with management, Noble just has gone above and beyond any of my expectations. I went from years of only NICU experience to hospice (the complete opposite to what I was used to), and they were SO helpful, patient, and supportive throughout the whole orientation process (and they are STILL just as helpful and supportive—because believe me, I never cease to come up with more questions to ask). 

The biggest problem with this company is management. The management makes zero effort to get to know their nurses or offer any help or support.  They will also make you drive a 100 miles a day with little regard for your sanity. Training is minimal with no follow up from management. Absolutely no work life balance. Call in sick and  no one sees or tells the patients. When the patients complain it’s your fault.  The company makes you use your personal phone and management will message you after hours. In my 30 years of nursing this is the worst job Ive ever had.  Pay is decent, but not worth the stress or dealing with a rude incompetent management team.
