As an intern, I come in, clock in at my desk, check my emails, and follow what I must do from my boss from todays email. I get right to it and do the best I can, if I come to a problem, I email them or walk to their desk and they are happy to help. So as I move up, I've learned the importance of my previous work area by being the stepping stone to the next level. My co-workers are friendly and laid back as long as work gets done. work hard play hard I suppose.
Hardest part of my job I would have to say is the initial "first day"(week really) on a new job. being an intern, I'm moved around to learn more, but it's trying to shoved xx amount of work experience to someone within a few days while having studies on another subject on top of that. 
Most enjoyable are usually Fridays. Every other Friday there is usually an event with food, drinks, social things. Other than that, a usual casual Friday with everyone happy for the weekend off is just an enjoyable experience over all.

Overall, the workday experience was highly positive—well-structured, with a smooth flow between meetings, shifting priorities, and strong collaboration across teams. It fostered a balanced and productive work-life environment.

That said, the most challenging aspect of the role was working with the Development Manager. Communication was consistently difficult, and over time, trust completely eroded due to his dismissive, condescending, and often disrespectful behavior.

What made the role worth sticking with as long as I did was the team. My co-workers weren’t just competent—they were supportive, dependable, and genuinely great people to work with. Their collaboration and positivity were the glue that held everything together.

From the first point of contact until an official offer was made, I was kept abreast of every step in the process. Upon hire, the new hire onboarding was easy and my recruiter was there to help every step of the way. My equipment was delivered on time. No technical issues. All equipment provided. I didn’t have to provide a thing myself. The equipment came with instructions so there was NO CONFUSION of where and who I needed to report to on the first day. Training was very detailed. The system has everything you could possibly need to perform your role efficiently. My instructor was very patient and knowledgeable. I was able to keep up and navigate the systems without feeling overwhelmed. This company get my stamp of approval!

Recently started at NARS and I love it.  Everyone I work with is really smart and really focused.  My team (IT) works together like a finely tuned machine and comes through any challenges by pulling together and just getting it done.  Awesome upper management and people outside IT really appreciate what we do for them.  Fast paced and highly collaborative environment.

Interview process involved a lot of pre-employment testing -- they are really dedicated to finding the right fit, and it shows.  Full interview process after testing went very fast, three interviews in 8 days from first interview to offer.

Glad I waited for the right fit and NARS is it!

From the moment I was contacted by my North American Risk Services (NARS) recruiter, I knew this was the company I wanted to work for.  She was professional and answered every question I had each time we spoke.  My recruiter was very transparent explaining the interview and hiring process and left no detail out.  She did a phenomenal job following up with me as promised and set realistic expectations as well.  I can firmly say that working with my recruiter is a big reason why I decided to join NARS and I look forward to long career filled with professional development within a company rooted in a great culture.

Having a stable income, the pay is okay for the industry  but still not enough for the work load

The unrealistic expectations to cram 10 hours of work into an 8 hour window which results to working over, staying late and coming in on your days off to stay afloat  

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very lax morale. You can be yourself 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Taking the necessary steps to move your claims to its furtherest extent

Typical work day was fast and easy.  Learned computer software with practice of uploading cd and flash drives.  Management changed three times in Mail room  for 6 year period and there was a lot of turn over with other departments.  Workplace culture was diversified.  There wasn't any hard part of the job.  Most enjoyable part of the job was many of the company employee birthdays, holiday and anniversary celebrations.  Also seeing the amount of work done each day was rewarding. Team work at its best.

Organizing files to began your record preparations for the claims.  
I've learned that everyday is a new experience and something different always happen, be prepared. 
My co-workers were a great group of people to be around and made the work easy and enjoyable. 
The hardest part of the job was the commute that I had to do. 
The most important part of the job was to make sure we keep the clients and customers satisfied and pleased with our work.

Every man for himself. Its survival of the fittest.  Much talk about team work but that is where it stops it's all

Do more with less. Answere phones within 3 rings.

The company was okay but constantly short staffed which meant you were always picking up the slack and so overworked for little pay. Was there for over a year and kept being told I would get my 90 day review and I never did. Never got an annual review either. I nvlever knew if I was doing a good job and they just fire people for stupid reasons so I never felt like I had job security. Too stressful!
