I was an overnight staff where i work alone with the clients until day time when another staff would come in help. staff was always late, their wasn't any security when one of the client would attack everyone. Management would always tell the staff how we should handle certain behavior but they was scary them self of the clients would never show at the house until the clients was gone out the house. the hardest part of my job was getting the clients ready to go to school, some would never get up. and some would never keep clothes on. the most part i enjoy was the connection i made with the clients and how they listen to everything i said to help me out.

Pay can be good depending on the client (va clients have the most pay ranging from $20-$22 an hour), there’s no PTO, you work holidays. Most clients are mostly out of the way and you aren’t reimbursed for mileage unless you’re traveling in between clients. Assignments are not guaranteed and completely based on the client’s needs. So you can be out of a job/ assignment for a month or more. The company relies on you to do all of the communication. 

To tell me about cases they would call and expect me to be take each case with minimal explanation of the case. They would give less cases if you decline cases even if it’s because of location. I’ve worked for other companies and they do better at communicating new cases and better at letting people choose their cases. I only worked for about a month. Don’t do it. There are better companies out there 

Was okay working in the beginning but then the relationship died.  Ceo kept pouring on more work and demands. Everyone was scrutinized and yelled at some point during their tenure there.  CEO is very critical and cheap.  Does not give you any raises unless you demand one.

The Nu Care team have been very welcoming and supportive. Everyday I'm learning new skills needed to be successful in my job. No two days are ever the same. Learning the business and enjoying the high technology. Its a great feeling to know help is always close by when needed. Amazing team dynamic!

Huge growth opportunity, it's up to you how far you want to go and grow. The tools are always given and the CEO is very supportive in making the job easier, more efficient and not harder. Work smarter not harder! Management is always available to help when needed. 

 I have had the best experience with Nu Care from beginning and present. I’ve been with a few other agencies and by far Nu Care is the one I’ve stayed with. They partnered me with amazing clients. They work with my availability which is hard to find in a company now a days. 

Care about employees and clients and there was open communication. For what the job entails it should pay a bit more. They offer good hours if you're looking for that. If you are interested in being a cna or nurse this is a great start.
