Staff work is are very rude Have you a whole waiting forever to speak to someone hang up the phone will you never call you back like they say Don't tell the client that you been told to come work with that person They take a lot  Out of your paycheck  I give this company a bet recommendation If I was you I would not waste my time and tried to apply this company and they never have any cases except 12 hours or live in jobs never have a lot of hours unless its live in or hours you like to work with bedbound clients 

They pay good but they don't necessarily care about you as a person. The coordinators will lie to you just to take a case. They will also have your work in unsafe work conditions. For example one time there was a heat wave and my client had NO AC or fan. I call them in private to explain. They then alert the family immediately after. The family of the client then comes to the room to ask me " do I have a problem" in a very nasty tone as if she were upset at me because of what the agency told her I said about there being no fans and AC in the apartment. Never worked with them since.

It is definitely a good place to work. Schedule was a good fit. Location was good fit. Staff were great. Supervisor was amazing while I worked under her care. Communication skills was exceptional between my peers & I. Unfortunately, I was looking to progress and was seeking for growth & more experience in other fields. There is not a day that goes by that I miss this job. 

If you get a permanent case then it's a good place to work, but it might be a while to get a good case and there's little room for growth. Some managers are condescending, but most are nice. Don't try to get anyone on weekends or after hours though. You can only leave a message with the answering service and they hardly call back. 

Management is all over the place. Higher management is always changing everything. Giving more work but not enough pay. Management will know they have some rude employees in office where aides and other office employees complain about it. They do respond to the complaint made that they will handle it. I don’t understand how management don’t see how it can affect everything. 

Wouldn't recommend working for Nursing Personnel based off personal experience. Didn't get paid over time hours, Prolonged how long it took for me to receive paycheck. They don't care about employees only about if you made it to your case on time.

I do recommend this agency to those worker who have patience  to deal with  supervisor that are  helpful and other do not.  Also, they like to promise to  get a better position but that never happened!!!!

The atmosphere in the agency is good for the most part. Things that aren't so great is changes made on a daily/weekly basis. The only thing offered here is medical benefits.

balanced work days Monday through Thursday writing down numerals that give  the invoice number with the client  management  relaxed fast paced on a daily  no task was hard  leaving with the task completed

Working at this company showed me more experience and work ethics. Working time was long but steady. I did working there and the job allowed me to travel among a lot in terms of working.
