It’s been very good no complaints this far

Poor communication, incorrect pay ( the facility inputs your pay incorrectly the agency does not advocate for you, you will basically not be paid correctly and take a loss! They are extremely dishonest and the facilities you work for are unorganized, 30 or more patient to nurse ratios, facility doesn’t have supplies

Loved working for them. The the recruiters  management team including payroll is amazing. Every little to huge problem they try to solve.  Will definetly be taking more travel
Positions with them, 

Weekly pay and you can choose when you want to work. Depends on the facility where you pick up, you could be canceled a lot. The facilities would rather give OT to their staff than agency. I've picked up shifts, reported to work and found I wasn't even on the schedule.

I have an Operations Manager whom i can communicate with all the time. I was assigned to a facility with access to other facilities. This allowed me flexibility in my work assignment. Oculus is 24/7 as well. 

Great company and team to work with! Everyone is professional, responsive, and truly cares about finding the right solutions. I would definitely recommend Oculus Health for anyone looking for a job!


Everyone works together to get the job done. Everyone cares for all clinicians who work at the facilities, which makes the job easier for the team. Good company!

A very deceptive company who does not provide all information about these facilities (which are terrible to say the least). Poor communication and they don’t adhere to their own policies
