When I come into the office in the morning, all of my co-workers are greeting me with a smile. I'm very blessed to have a great group of nurses that care for one another. Unfortunately, when there are a majority of girls working, drama tends to follow. I want to go to work and do my job without worrying about the drama and gossip around the office. I stay as far away from the drama as possible and really try to focus on what I came to work to do. My current title at the office is prescription nurse, my job is to handle prescription concerns such as: prior authorizations, refill requests, medication reactions and pain for all of the doctor's patients. My job is very high stress and busy non-stop, which I absolutely love but extra help is definitely needed where I work. I deal with over 200 patient phone calls daily and cannot get back to every person the same day with a response. I definitely think that my job is for at least two people, I handle the stress well. Before working in prescriptions, I was a floor nurse. My typical day included: rooming patients, assisting in procedures directly with the doctors, administering medications and faxing prescriptions. I have gained a tremendous amount of experience at this company and I am truly grateful for that. One of the most enjoyable parts of my day was patient contact and being able to care for someone who is ill, as well as being busy and getting exercise from running around so much!

Worked here for about a year and my experience was not all that great. For the workload and all the things they expect you to remember and doing extra tasks constantly, the pay is definitely not worth it. They need a new leadership team because their current managers do not exemplify good work ethic. Everyone (including management) is very gossipy and cliqueish. I’ve seen staff talk to other staff disrespectfully & get away with it. Speaking for front office There is a lot of inconsistency and poor communication between the front staff team and their manager. Everyone talks to each other and acts like they’re in high school. It’s happened so many times in front of patients and it’s embarrassing and unprofessional. Doctors are very very overbooked and front office gets the worst of it. I wouldn’t waste your time here.

In the most professional unbiased way, this company does not care about its employees. Policies are constantly changing in the handbook, they are not accommodating unless you are a higher up. the company has taken a turn for the worst since our new COO came. Few doctors are critical and harsh on their crew and everyone else; not understanding at all with the intense workload thrown on us with the bare minimum pay. You will not get over a dollar raise in 3 years. This is the type of company to fire you and replace you the next day. They genuinely do not care about their workers. 

They are an overall okay company, some good people some bad, all doctors are great and will make work more pleasant, unfortunately the nursing supervisor is what makes this place have such a high turnover rate, you can't be friends and have cliques with your employees and be supervisor at the same time. Workload is manageable IF your a good worker but not enough pay sadly for good workers to stay. Little to no advancement opportunities and again the PAY is NOT ENOUGH, also traveling within the offices is not fun :( 

I enjoyed working here and would consider re-applying, however the pay is not so great and raises are not very often. Its a great work environment, family oriented, very friendly but still professional. Nursing manager is great! Hes funny and amusing but stern when necessary. Hardest part of the job was the heavy schedule some days or lack of staff. Best part of the job was making new friends and having a Starbucks down the street!

The most toxic work environment. Management plays favorites and gossips about the entire team. Extremely unprofessional. The providers are all wonderful but they have very busy schedules, 95% of the time you will stay over your eight hour shift. No breaks ever, if it’s not too busy you can take your full lunch break. The pay is insulting for the amount that of labor required for the role.

Management was unfair. Work stressful. 10 Urologists ALL wanted appts set different ways. VERY stressful. Every payday SOMEONE GOT FIRED so every payday there was a feeling of DOOM wondering whose head was on the chopping block. Low moral. I would not recommend ANYONE to work here. PLUS every other week you had to park down the hill &  hike up it. Bottom line this is an AWFUL PLACE TO WORK ☹️

High turnover, very high stress environment, toxic favoritism, Very little, to no training, Micromanaging, no room for advancement, very very little raises, especially the longer you work there. red flags everywhere. Trust your instincts and look elsewhere.

Heavy schedule and favoritism.

Toxic, lack of support from management and senior staffs.

Stressful, unorganized schedule.

I do not recommend working here. There are over 10 different doctors, who are very specific about their schedules. They have you move clinic to clinic so it makes it impossible to remember any doctor specific schedule. The main trainer is rude and impatient if you don't get your training down within the first 3 days. Toxic and favoritism in the place.
