One face value management seems to have a plan and a mission.  The truth is that they don't trust their employees to make day-to-day decisions and their focus changes frequently. Mico management is the norm and nothing gets done.  Simple decisions are pushed up to senior leadership for approval, but don't think that is a quick process (sometimes months go by without a response and then they ask for further information (analysis proalisis).  Your day is filled with meetings and the outcome of those meetings change at a drop of the hat.  Everything is a firedrill, so you will find yourself working until 11pm several times a week working on a 20 page Powerpoint presentation that was assigned during the day and must be ready for another meeting at the end of the week.  It is also the time to return emails, because you did not have any time during the day.  Many times, with all the work and meetings focused on a particular project, there is a total shift because the next shinny thing is now the focus and it all starts over.  Multiple layoffs have made this even worse, so the idea of work-life balance does not exist.  

Much of the workforce is remote and work well together. 
A complete remote workstation was provided.
Work-Life balance was great. 

Apart from that, it was not a great experience. 

Cracks in the foundation become visible after the honeymoon period wears off.  At some point you may ask yourself "Why would this ever be done this way?". That answer will become apparent.

Inquiries or suggestions to leadership often go unanswered or are quickly dismissed as irrelevant unless they are immediately seen as beneficial. Bikeshedding is frequent, leading to days, weeks, or even months of additional work on issues that result in little to no meaningful improvement for the environment or the end-user experience. 

Generally speaking, going above and beyond is only recognized or rewarded in specific situations; otherwise, it is simply expected.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Being able to work remote and not having to have the boss in the office everyday 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
They keep adding more and more to your work load without additional pay and they have reduced the workforce so you have to keep up or you’ll be the next on the chopping block. It’s sad ever since they went public it’s been this way. They should have stayed a non-profit, it was a much better company to work for.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It used to be fun but now it’s like any big company, they work you to death with less 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Listening to all the big wigs talk about their night out at a vineyard trying to get more sponsorship

What is the best part of working at the company?
The coworkers were great. Very kind and supportive. Money was pretty decent as well. But that is all. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Constant changes, nepotism. No chance of promoting. Too many upper management. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Terrible. Poor management from the top downward. It was constant stress. Unrealistic expectations. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Calls, meetings, more calls. Constant calls to meet the metrics. Didn’t care about the patients at all. Only cared about money.

The individual markets do not have consistency with Shared Services. The culture that exists within some of the markets is extremely toxic and the lack of direction provided by leadership is staggering. Unfortunately, the culture promotes individuals who do not actually know what they are doing but speak the lingo that the company prefers. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
The team, they're a great group of ladies 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I can't really say, because if you need help with anything, they have tools to help you to understand.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Friendly and helpful. Educational 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Hard working with time to enjoy your self. And free lunches on Friday. This is the company way of showing they appreciate the hard work.

The company claims they care about senior health but it’s all a facade. The marketing department has the highest turn over because the leadership in that department only knows how to belittle employees and do not keep their word. They sell you all these benefits and “flexibility” but once you’re on the team none of that happens. There is poor planning in every department and as a healthcare company they are not very sanitary.

Staff were great ppl. Good support


What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Admin. Pushing numbers. Too many chiefs not enough Indians. Rewarding bad behavior from others

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Patients are great to work with. Lots of chronic pain patients with high risk diagnoses

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Lots of walk ins plus regular schedule. Complex patients but enjoyable

P3 health Care partners is one of the most wonderful company I have ever work with the staff and all the crew shows that they really do care for each and every patient that walks in  through the doors always showing compassion and respect , this company of P3 health partners is the reason why I got into the medical field if I was ever to have the opportunity to work with P3 health partners I mostly definitely would !
