Accountability - When we make mistakes (as everyone does at some point), we own up to them and we celebrate them. We have regular "all hands" meetings to discuss mistakes in a group setting. Every single mistake is an opportunity. An opportunity to learn and make changes that prevent future mistakes. To function in this environment, you MUST be able to admit your mistakes and find a way to get better because of it.
Reliability - This is very simple. When we says we will do something, we do it. 100% of the time. No excuses. If you cannot do something, fall behind, or just do not know what to do, SPEAK UP. This will never cause you to be punished or passed up on future for opportunities/projects. But, if you say nothing, and fall behind and your work (and NIRP) suffers because of it, that is hard to work with. You must COMMUNICATE to us and we can always find a way to make it work.
Drive - We want self-starters. We want perfectionists. We want people who want to LEARN and GROW.

Working at this company requires a strong sense of discipline and resilience. From my personal experience, it has truly transformed me. In previous jobs, I often struggled with punctuality and would consistently arrive late without any consequences. Those workplaces also had inefficient processes and toxic environments among coworkers.

When I joined this company, that behavior changed immediately. They made it clear that lateness is not tolerated, but instead of letting me go, they provided me with the opportunity to improve— and I did. I am incredibly grateful for this experience. My life has changed because of the principles this company upholds: excellent patient care, discipline, efficiency, attention to detail, and accountability. In any place of employment, I have yet to find a company that invests the time, energy and resources into staff the way PAD does. They look for employees who have a hard work ethic, excellent time management skills and the ability to go above and beyond. PAD believes that patient care is the top priority and they strive to deliver optimal outcomes for patients to heal and an environment to safely recover and get back to doing what they love all while being a same day (outpatient) facility. Often, the company looks to team members to not only aid in this but take lead and feel the substantial impact we have as a company to make a difference in our patients lives daily. I am proud to be a part of this company and an ever-growing career in medicine. 

A beautiful picture is painted, but it's quickly shut down. The positive thing about this company is you can always learn something new. But employees are spoken to as of they were in grade school with no knowledge or direction. In order for a company to keep thriving you must implement a great environment for employees to have communication with the management team to have an excelling internal relationship. Employees need to feel like the people they work with are approachable, not walking on eggshells. If the internal employee relationship isn't  A1 it will project onto the external relationships being the patients. Resulting in less traffic flow of patients. The company has great potential, but it needs a face-lift on how employees are looked at and looked over. 

In the beginning they sell a dream that will never come into fruition. Management tells you to feel free to share thoughts but those thoughts are only welcomed if they are agreeing with their thoughts. There is a clique mentality. I noticed lots of the employees that advance and have a longer tenure are related to management.
Management continuously ignored our request for help/ more staff, once it became a problem to them they blamed us for lack of communication. Foolishly I showed receipts of emails to management requesting more staff and why and management took offense. The experience became very unprofessional

Depending on how many clinical positions you are qualified for, everyday is different. Each position requires anywhere from 2-6 weeks of training. A lot of the learning is done hands on but there's a training manual for each level that is very useful. You learn a lot from starting IVs, assisting proceduralist in procedure, drawing blood to pushing meds and circulating in the procedure room. The hardest part of the job is the life and work balance. You are expected to from home with pay of course and on the weekends. The best part of the job is definitely all the learning, although it can repetitive you're always learning something new. The company is growing and depending on how much work and commitment you put forth there's always room for advancement.

Good communication is a MUST. Each department has its own management - front office, clinical, insurance verifiers, community liaisons, etc. BUT there is great teamwork.
We definitely have a lot of opportunity for advancement, but there is NO ROOM for laziness. You need to be detail oriented, goal driven, put your best foot forward. If you have an idea for a better way to do something - speak up! 
Management, supervisors and trainers are all GREAT. They definitely encourage seeking your own answers before asking. I love my job. It's a great company. Very awesome people to work with and work for. Pay is AMAZING. Nowhere else would you find a job that pays a well as here & experience is not even required. Not to mention the health benefits.

PAD Specialists has single-handedly surpassed my expectations for a wonderful, healthy and efficient workplace. Great pay, great benefits, management is always open and understanding to a professionally expected extent.   Everyone makes this place such a welcoming experience from the staff down to the patients no matter what location you are at. You do have to make sure you come and are ready to work, be very detail oriented and never lazy but all in all personally  I wake up everyday happy to come to work. It is not hard to be a good employee at a great job like this. 

I have genuinely enjoyed working for PAD Specialists since Day 1.  What attracted me initially to the company was the workplace culture, technology-driven workflow, and realistic goals/expectations.  In the past,  I have had jobs where the companies were not run as well and there were numerous instances of miscommunication.  Not here.  Everything from communication, structure, policies, and workflow is well-organized and our leadership is always trying to find ways to make things even better.  I love the daily routine I've developed while working here and the ability to achieve a good work-life balance.  

A typical day involved a lot of hard work, but never an overwhelming amount. During my time here I have really grown and have been pushed to be a better leader every day. Sometimes I have to learn hard lessons, but it's never punishing in a way that makes you feel incompetent. Workplace culture may be different from office to office, but it's something the company does care a lot about. They don't want to see any negative people causing toxicity and the company really does try to shut that down before it festers. The office where I am at has a very family orientated staff and patient culture so it's one of the main reasons we stay united as a team and can continue to get past difficulties.
