What is the best part of working at the company?
Helping our clients get the help they needed 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Too many phone calls and not enough backup from management 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It was good free lunch and everyone was helpful, but there were clicks and gossip.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Very busy, took back to back phone calls which was not bad, mostly med refills and referrals

Management is horrible. Be ready for communication to go out the window and unless you get hired for corporate office, your needs won’t be taken care of. PA staff was the only good thing here. Patient care from staff... none existing. Patients are numbers. Staff turnover is insane. Assistants for PAs come and go

Overworked and underpaid. Management hardly ever has your back and if they do they are often blocked by bureaucratic red tape. Most offices are cliquey and if you're not in the clique then you do not get any promotions or raises. So much potential to be a good company if they would actually listen to their employees. 

There was a lot to learn in two weeks, especially if you haven't worked in the pysch field. I filled up an entire binder. The new supervisor was nice at first, but there was some definite favoritism going on with more experienced PCRs, whom also seem to have a chip on their shoulder.

Employees are great, the bosses are great at times. The most difficult part is managing unsatidfied customers, angry providers, and moody bosses.  Its a really bussy office, fast pace and have to be multi task like no ther. Lunch hour and breaks are rare. Be prepared to answer phones while trying to eat.

Upper management doesn’t seem to under the workload.
Main doctors don’t respect patient time as well. You can have an appointment as a patient and chances of seeing the main doctor are very low.

I enjoyed working here everyone is always friendly. You receive training on the first week you begin working so your not expected to know everything at once. I loved my supervisor at the time she was always very helpful.

I had to leave due to a move and wish I could have stayed working for them longer. The management is very involved in supporting their staff and  letting them grow. The culture is fun but professional and very family oriented. 

the work environment at the HB office was amazing. the office manager was the best manager i've ever had. i'll definitely miss working here. i'd recommend this location as a job if you wanted experience with patient care.

Great culture and supportive management. I like to be part of a growing company with many opportunities for growth. PNS offers adequate training and values my feedback.
