Every man for themselves, you will get minimal if any training, and thrown into the fire. The office and field technician roles are severely understaffed, so clients are always upset due to delays, not getting responses, or having to wait hours or even days for urgent issues to be solved. It feels like everyone is winging it, with little to no solutions for any higher level issues. There is one T3 technician that is mostly unavailable, and turnover in all other roles are incredibly high (low pay/high stress/no advancement). The most any techs typically last is around a year. If you care about doing things the right way, you will essentially be punished because you’ll likely be the only one who does.

That being said, this is pretty much the experience at any MSP, so take that as you will. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Not a whole lot. There wasn't much in the way of structure or higher tier support to have them teach any of their lower level techs. If something went wrong the answer was " I don't know" and you're left to your own devices.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The lack of effective contact and the terrible culture

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Cliquey and intolerant of mistakes 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Come in, stress about issues you aren't able to solve after asking for assistance or updates. You were the front lines and triage all in one.

The workers were good but the management was questionable. We were suffering a lot from being understaffed (due to the ridiculously high turnover) and managements solution was to do nothing. We had a steady stream of applicants but a lot were turned down simply because we didn't want to pay them fairly. Because of this all employees were usually very new, enexperienced, or had other problems and would be gone within a month.

This is a MSP company,  will be required to use your own mobile device while in tge field, this isn't normally common in other companies as they give you a work mobile device to stay in contact and get job updates.
No real training to learn the ins and out of updating tickets until they give you a verbal warning and then let you go a few days later .
Typical day is like going in and not knowing if it's your last. 


Management here is hit and miss. Everyone for themselves. Not much training here jump in the fire and go. Read between the lines paid twice a month not every two weeks. 

This company made me feel welcomed at first, but in the end we’re very shady and laid people off because of their poor management with funding and over projecting profit. Hardly any benefits. The turnover here is alarming and I would stay away! Got laid off out of no where without any warning or write up. Just completely screwed over and not alone in this regard. Stay away from this tanking MSP. 

Passionate employees dedicated to providing the best IT service and solutions for customers.  The office environment is relaxed and friendly.  I highly recommend this company for IT services and solutions as well as a great place to work and advance your career.  

They give you a job an expect you to be done with that day or next an could be a 2-3 person job an they expect it done asap would not recommend them to any one
