Today marks my 7-year anniversary at Parnall Law Firm, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunities I’ve had here. I still remember my first day, starting as a marketing assistant fresh out of college, with no real-world experience. Being from another country, the language barrier added an extra layer of challenge, especially in the legal industry.

However, the support from management and the welcoming nature of the team helped me overcome those obstacles. Over the years, I’ve grown from a Marketing Assistant to a Digital Marketing Specialist and now proudly serve as the Digital Marketing Director.

I’ve seen how fast-paced and demanding the work can be, but for me, that’s been one of the most rewarding aspects. Each day brings opportunities to learn and grow. If a job is too easy, is it really worth doing?

I’ve always appreciated the firm’s commitment to excellence and the culture of hard work. I truly don’t understand how anyone could have negative experiences here when I’ve found it to be a place where effort and dedication are recognized and rewarded.

If you’re someone who values growth, challenges, and making a meaningful impact, Parnall Law Firm is the place to be!

They preach teamwork and work life balance but half of their leads are uneducated and the other half are power hungry. They are desperate to expand, yet don’t hire enough staff. This is likely because you go through 3 to 4 interviews over a few weeks/months. By the time a job is offered, people have already been hired somewhere else. You are a case manager, legal assistant, intake specialist, receptionist and, personal assistant to 10 attorneys. Your hired position doesn’t matter, you’re doing it all because they have no staff. All this, with what you could make flipping burgers or stocking shelves at target. Overall, I LOVED my role there but the administrative team and high school popularity contest atmosphere was too much to handle. I honestly think if Mr. Parnall knew what was going on, he’d be disgusted. My first few months there were a dream, until abrupt expansion began and it turned into a nightmare. What a shame.  

Working at Parnall Law firm has been a great experience. The work we do is meaningful—we truly help people, and that makes every case feel important. The firm operates differently from other places I’ve worked. Management is goal-oriented and collaborative, and there’s a strong sense of teamwork. We work hard when we’re here, but when we’re off, we’re all the way off, which allows for a real work-life balance.

Compensation is tied to productivity, so if you bring a lot to the table, you can make a great living. The firm rewards effort and results, making it a great place for motivated attorneys who want to grow. If you’re looking for a place where you can do impactful work, be part of a supportive team, and still have time for your personal life, this is it.

My typical day at work is pretty straightforward. I have a checklist of items that I have to work on, and if I have any questions or concerns, my manager and co-workers are always there for me. The workplace culture is terrific. Everybody cares for each other. Especially with remote working, we still call each other on zoom to ask if everything is going well. We support each other and love every single one of them. 

Parnall Law embodies the sense of a great workplace all around. The management team, staff and attorneys, are all very passionate and creative. They not only support each other, but our clients as well, on a consistent daily basis. Although I've been in many successful law firms, none of them ever felt like "home". Parnall Law is home for me. I know I'm where I need to be and with those around me, helping people, each and every day. I am truly grateful to be a part of the Parnall Law family. 

Wonderful coworkers, lawyers, paralegals and staff.  These folks are truly dedicating their lives and energies towards helping victims recover from wrongdoers.  Best of the best staff in town. Pros: Great people, perks, benefits and bonus structure.  Cons: Work-life balance is a struggle and there's never enough hours in a day.  Expectations are high and stress levels can skyrocket. If you enjoy multi-tasking, high pressure, fast paced personal injury law, you'll do well here.

I have worked for several corporations and law offices, but Parnall Law is the best place I've worked. Processes are reviewed quarterly with input from all attorneys and staff, and attorneys are given a great deal of latitude in their cases. Everyone is given the support to succeed. The culture is remarkable and important to management to create a place where you want to go to work each day.

I'm lucky that I began my legal career here, where hard work and ability are recognized and rewarded. The firm is always looking to promote from within. The work you do is fulfilling, as you can see the good you are doing for our clients. Management actually cares about employees and their families.

Parnall Law is great if you're on a legal track-- the experience you get with the quality of people you work with is truly something you want to experience! Work life balance is great and there are perks.

However, the most stressful thing is this work load. Everyone can be really stressed sometimes.
