Walking into the office I feel like everyone is happy to see me. I feel welcomed and ready to work. If I ever have any questions I feel like I can ask anyone and they will help me with whatever I need. the hardest part of the job is being able to step away from my desk without feeling like I'm going to miss an important call. The best part of my job is knowing I can count on my co workers to help me with any questions or physicals tasks.

great balance of a 9-5 work week. Early day on Friday. Leadership is supportive and have structured training and education.

I find this work truly rewarding and those at Passion to Care make it possible! The staff is very helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is right and that the staff and clients are getting everything that they need. Better than any other agency so far!

They have the wrong people in management. Passion to Care is a joke. There’s literally so much that can be said but all in all it’s a joke of a company and it starts with leadership.

i can work when I want and help take care of my daughter. the person in the office was very helpful. goes above and beyond. best agency I have worked for so far. the person I spoke to who helped me with the application was very friendly and nice.

The management is not so good.
The hardest part is to get the certificates online, and be able to communicate with the office because they don't answer the phone or reply to messages. It takes for ever.

This is a good place to work, there are many opportunities and a great work culture. I am always learning something new and I have great coworkers and supervisors. Working in this field is very rewarding.
