This place is shady. Management has zero communication with lower staff. If something of important is happening, you often find out about it the exact moment it is happening. If you have a question for HR or management expect to wait days before you get an answer to a simple question. 

The way things operate here is extremely ethically concerning. Was asked to lie to a state inspector about a safety practice we were not following. They shift things around on the day of the inspection in hopes to fool them into thinking things are being done the right way.

As for the kitchen, no inventory, no menus, no dietician approvals on menus, food often runs out leaving you to get creative.

If anything happens that would require you to be late, or miss a day, there is no safety net or procedure and often nobody to even call to let know.  

Just not a good place to work.

New management took over and decided to recruit their buddies as middle management and they clearly have no idea what they are doing. From first appearances the director appears knowledgeable and caring, but once you actually see the dirty under belly you will want to run away and never look back. They even replaced the HR manager so you can’t report things that you see/hear. Behavioral health technicians are leaving one by one due to this, but management continues to hire their friends in order to keep things quiet and the way they like it. Things stay understaffed, you will be running from area to area on property, you will not get a moment to use the restroom, you will work through your lunch and then they will still take it out of your check, even if you fight it. 

Run!

I've been with the company for almost 9 months. There have been some changes since I've been here in both staff, management, and processes, and I think its all working out pretty good. I see a lot of different groups and departments working together to get things right.  Overall its an easy company to work for, the supervisors I work with are pretty flexible. The hardest part is sometimes having to go from location to location but even that is not so bad. The company is growing and getting busier so i see lots of new people starting and I feel good about being able to grow with the company. As long as you do your job the supervisors seem to be happy with you, the people who have a hard time are the people who don't do what they're supposed to. 

Worked in PSL, my coworkers were amazing. There was a lot of turnover due to new management. HR was not very understanding and pretty dismissive. The BHT position started to involve more housekeeping than interaction with clients. Outside of the house I worked at there appeared to be a lot of drama between every department. With the turnover and constantly working through lunch it became a tough environment to work in. My schedule was consistent which was a positive but when picking up shifts as I switched to per diem, I was not given necessary safety information prior to the shift. 

I loved most of the co-workers I had. The owners care nothing about the employees. They don’t even speak to their employees when they’re on property. This company don’t value long term employees at all. There were issues that were going on but most of us were afraid to bring to light due to fear of being terminated. If the owners take the time and speak to their employees even do anonymous surveys or meet with each employee one on one which they never do maybe the proper changes can possibly be made. 

How can a company expect employees to continue showing up and working when some haven’t been paid in over a month? Employees work hard and deserve to be paid on time. People have bills, families, and responsibilities. Paying employees for the work they’ve already done isn’t a privilege—it’s a basic obligation. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.

It starts off pretty straight forward with a reasonable amount of work expected of you but then slowly starts to increase to the point where you are overwhelmed. There is quite a bit of documentation that is required and that is not taken into consideration when overwhelming you throughout the day. I Would not recommend.

Amazing company that truly cares about their employees and clients! I worked here three years ago and I am thrilled to be back. My co-workers are like a second family to me and it's an honor to be a part of the company's mission.

Great training process and management supports my work.

I have worked here for almost 2 years and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The company works hard to provide a wonderful service and environment for both Clients and staff. The company provides a lot of room for growth and I am looking forward to working here for many years to come. 

The facility is beautiful and showed lots of promise at first! Leadership is unsupportive and only concerned with the bottom line. There is no structure and clients needs are often left unmet. Payroll practices are questionable and checks have bounced like rubber balls.
