Worked there for maybe 2 months, before my manager came in and chewed me out and told me to leave because she “knew from day one” that I “would not fit in”. (I had planned to put my two weeks in, and was told that it wasn’t necessary - “do not come back”.) Lovely conversation! 
Most employees are not happy, and I was told on multiple occasions (by employees!) that everyone there is “one dirty look away from quitting.” I was “trained” for 3 weeks; meaning I sat in a chair behind the other MA’s and my supervisor, who couldn’t teach me anything due to “not having enough time” - despite me asking on multiple occasions. Lots of grabbing coffee or cookies for them.. folding towels.. wiping counters.. nothing real. 
I had to take a week off - doctors orders - and when I came back they (finally) put me to work doing everything I should have been taught although I had NO idea what I was doing... when I asked for help, I was mocked.. eyes were rolled.. heavy sighing.. half-given instructions. Then I’d get yelled at for not doing something properly. 
I had a lot of health issues, and they initally “understood”, at the end they told me they didn’t believe me; that every one of my doctors notes didn’t “cut it” for them.. They thought I, a 21 year old, decided to skip work & go to the ER for fun! 
Overall: Not an ideal workplace. Lots of whispers & gossip.. can’t trust anyone. Definite employee favorites. Overworked, underpaid. I don’t know that I’d even go back as a patient, honestly.

Working here used to be fulfilling with a supportive environment. The last few months have completely changed this. Don’t work here if you want to be valued, paid for each additional job duty added onto your list, or generally happy. Management does not listen to their employees and picks favorites like nobody’s business, and if you’re not among that list you’re basically stuck in whatever entry level position you came into no matter your skill set, or no matter how good of work you put in or how much care you provide to patients. This place will spit you out as soon as it benefits them in any way. Don’t expect any breaks, unless your a manager favorite, then you can take a smoke break whenever you’d like. Don’t expect any sympathy from this company. The administration has flat out told us as employees that we are replaceable and therefore don’t deserve raises or advancement, even after jumping through their hoops and learning every other departments job. 

Working here has been a genuinely rewarding experience. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported by a team that values collaboration, open communication, and mutual respect. The environment is not only engaging but also deeply empowering—everyone’s voice matters, and ideas are encouraged and appreciated.

Working for this company has truly been a game changer for me. I am definitely an open minded individual, always challenging myself. , This company  sets the bar higher for its employees. They teach you to think outside the box especially when something is not working and you are getting the same result.  They have adopted the"work smarter not harder" method. They listen,, Dr.'s and management included. No not my every waking concern can be addressed on a dime, understandably so. But they listen and apply structure and restructure after evaluation. I cant say that everyday is perfect, we are human. But to work for a company that instills positive culture is amazing.  
  I am not an individual that signs on to anything with unrealistic expectations. I also do not promise perfection, I do my best in every situation and I strongly feel that is returned to me by MGI. .  If you want to work for a company that will continue to challenge you to be more successful, that values the highest standards of patient care, that instills community and challenges you to  rise above your best.....this is it.

This place will continue to be a revolving door unless management is completely changed! The Nurse manager has favorites and makes it very obvious. Management also talks about co-workers to each other which causes a lot of drama. As a Nurse you will be used for whatever they need in the moment with no care given to your actual title or role. The pay is also poor and not regulated. A few of the Physicians are noted to be verbally abusive to the staff but management just shrugs their shoulders. Think twice before accepting a position you won’t be around long if you do. 

I work in a hybrid role supporting the Pinnacle GI Partners, MGI, and CDH brands. I work with a wonderful team where I can work to make a difference. I feel empowered to identify pain points and bring solutions. Sometimes, it can feel like movement, and decisions are slower to come to fruition, but that is balanced with knowing that decisions are made thoughtfully and carefully. I enjoy working with the team at each location and with practice management.

The practice is disorganized and doesn't have any room for growth. They have problems defining what each department does so a lot of the time reception is doing a part of every departments job. I have learned to be even more detail oriented then I was, and to multi task in a short period of time. I would have to say that each department blames other departments for things. It doesn't feel like a team effort to help the patient. Being a part of the reception staff however, we did work as a team and did whatever needed to get done for the patient.

**Beware of Upper Management ** I thoroughly enjoyed my job duties especially helping the patients and assisting the fabulous Doctors (plus Physicians Assistants’) to allow the utmost patient care. I would still be working there if it was not for the upper management being very inconsistent with timely reviews. As an employee you will certainly be taken for granted! Guaranteed 


The company was fairly good to start out with but as I had issues with my daughter's health and my own they started to give me grief about it a lot of my coworkers where rude acted like teenage girls not very helpful lot of backstabbing talking about other people not working when they just didn't feel like it management there was not very good my department went out with my a supervisor for about 8 months with a manager for about


I have a wonderful experience working with this company. The best part of the job is definitely the people—everyone is helpful, friendly, and willing to collaborate. Management is approachable and open to feedback. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a positive and respectful workplace.
