Great hours. If you have the ability to travel, they will send you EVERYWHERE. Upper management will micromanage you if you get on their bad side for any reason. $40k was not enough for the labor and time they want from you. Ordering product was supposed to be automated five years ago, so hopefully you figure out how much you need on your own. Uses two separate systems for inputting site visits and inventory instead of integrating them. Immediate management was great, but the higher up you go the more fusspot they get.

There is no best part to speak of.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Being constantly short of help.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Management was not responsive to my personnel needs in the field. So the work environment was bad for me.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Non stop interaction with customers which was the best part of the job for me.

Overall this is a great company to work for. They are family owned and will take care of you. You get as much out of this career or as little depending on what you put into it. There is a lot of give and take as far as the work that needs to be done. But, if you want something that can be different every day and enjoy working independently, then this job is for you!

Horrible job, poor management, thrown to the wolves after a few days, no training at all. I was driving my own company van w/ little training after 3 days. Never able to request additional training, no one to train me. I would highly discourage anyone from applying to this company. I quite to be honest, boss's reply "I thought you would have quit sooner".. WOW 

It is pretty much a "figure out what way works" for you once you get in the field. You will be micromanaged for anything if you reach out for help. Management is pretty much only available virtually as they live in different parts of the country. There aren't really any opportunities for advancement. 

Great company to work for.  Very balanced work home life.  You get what you put in.  Not alot of opportunities to advance if you are wanting to but you can learn something new daily if you want.
