They can't keep employees due to the way they are paid and treated. All business is handled through text message or Whats App which is extremely unprofessional.  The CEO expects you to answer his text and conference calls at all hours of the night with no pay.  He never handles any business prior to 1pm.  Barks unreasonable unattainable expectations and purposely sets you up to fail if he decides he don't like you.  If you are a professional that appears to know more than him he will fire you. If you are under 25 and female you are guaranteed to keep your job if......  

No training, no help, if you ask questions you are made fun of and treated like you are stupid.  Everyone has a bitter hateful attitude which makes a work environment unbearable.  Promises you everything and gives you a fancy title, but gives you nothing promised.  Plays everyone against everyone.  No sense of how to run a business but how can you run a business from a phone.  Unbelievable how this business operates.  It won't operate much longer.

The 2 1/2 hour drive was too much to do every day, so I resorted to staying in hotel rooms some days. I received $100 for gas money but that didn’t cover how much of my check I spent on accommodations and still not enough for gas for the length of time that I was employed with them traveling. I was very thankful for the opportunity, but did not like how management talked to employees. Some management was good, others had no idea what they were doing, we basically managed ourselves at times. We were given goals that were pretty much impossible to meet when we were short staffed. I believe it has a high turnover rate, or did when I worked there. The pay was okay, I just feel that employees should have been accommodated better. I wouldn’t recommend working there unless it has changed since 2 years ago. 

Overall there is no hardest part in this job this job is not hard at all, but either a fast paced job with short brakes and a regular 30 minute luch brake, or a slow paced, almost boring job depending on wich location they send you, who the customer is and what ur task is. U could be inspecting parts from a assembly line, or work on the assembly line itself, depending on the customer. The most enjoyable part on the job for me was to get workdays that would bring me to overtimepayment, wich was harder than i first thought because this company tries to give nobody overtime payment, so if there where a worker that made only 30 hours this week but does not want to work anymore this week while you already reached ur 40 and really want to make that extra cash, they will try to get the person that made only 30 hours to get another day so they dont have to pay it to you.

I love the challenges that come from working for PPG. The company strives to be the Best in their industry, therefore they challenge you to bring your best each and every day. I also love the advancement the company offers. I started out as an inspector and am now in management. They understand life happens to each and every one, therefore you are allowed time off with job security in the event of an emergency. As long as you come to work each and every day and bring the attitude that you want to learn and advance, then you will. PPG is a Career opportunity if that is your desire. What is the best part of working at the company?
pay was good.
Jobs won't last in New factories 
Management is more concerned with appearance than actually working efficiently 
Gave management 20 ways to improve relationships with the client and was initially ignored then asked how to fix the issues after it became a problem for the client.
Supervisors are held responsible for thier crews production numbers with 0 control over the team.
Was not allowed to initiate a attendance policy so the crew could come and go as they pleased.It was impossible to do my job to the standards of the client 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Having to join unproductive meetings during off hours
Management demands solutions to problems but will not follow suggestions that are proven to work

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
No person working above Supervisor level will admit fault in any way

Doesn't matter if you work hard, they will lay you off and keep the employees that they become friends with, even though your work performance may exceed that of those other employees. 

Dress code doesn't seem to matter here as well, I have seen employees that looked like they just rolled out of bed with their shirts untucked and belts unbuckled and management never say a thing.

They are always saying they need good employees but somehow always laying them off and keeping their friends. The culture is what drives some people to not even come into work anymore as well. This company does not know how to run their business and I would not be surprised if they go out of business soon.

There are also no pay raises even when and if you get promoted.

Do yourself a favor and don't work here. They make it sound so great when they're trying to get you on board. Then they put you on an insane schedule and blame you for every little thing whether it's your fault or not. Not worth the money. Not worth the hassle. Extreme! micro management, they set impossible to reach standards, they set you up for failure. Corporate will turn around and stab you in the back faster than you can process. Job culture is negative and stressful. No matter what is going on, it is always your fault. I saw multiple people be pushed to the point of breaking before they walked away. I saw others try to put in a notice but management would find a reason to cut that notice short. PPG wants to be your whole life but will turn around and spit in your face.

My pay and benefits at Preferred Precision Group are ok if you are just an inspector. They will promote you and constantly talk about your pay raise but will not follow through.

In terms of job security at Preferred Precision Group, I think you have no job security. Most days you don't even know if you'll work for the day until last minute.

My experience working at Preferred Precision Group is that i would 100% not recommend this employer.

It started off great then the take over came and blacks was no longer needed.

Everything about the job was stressful traveling near and far. While corporate states they aint getting there boots dirty!

So stress to the max no work life balance you are expected to live breathe and eat ppg

STRESS UPPER MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE THEY DONT CARE FOR EMPLOYEES THEY WANT ROBOTS AND TO MAKE MONEY.

The leadership is hardworking people who maintain a professional and focused attitude toward customers and associates. They is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
