It doesn't come without its challenges but the company culture is one of hunger and innovation -they are always striving for success and to keep their place in the market as the premier option for executive physicals.  Ambitious leadership which has only made me stronger in my abilities to effectively communicate and have confidence in bringing ideas to be considered. Team orientated environment. Whatever you put in to your position, you get out -the potential is endless but you have to be dedicated to learning, being uncomfortable and gaining experience in a niche market. Overall, my experience has been extremely rewarding, fulfilling and has exceeded any expectations I had when I first started. I've been with the company for more than 5 years so can say that there is longevity here. If you are hungry and want to work for a cutting edge medical facility, this is the place for you!

What is the best part of working at the company?
Having multiple healthcare professionals in house is great not only for networking but also to help each other as resources. You really do get to learn a lot from doctors, dieticians, the techs, and other exercise physiologists

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The daily schedule is very tight yet fluctuating at least at the Princeton office. You usually have ample time to get reporting and charting done, but you have to be flexible. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Everyone here seems to work well with each other especially within their own departments. I feel like I've made great personal and professional relationships here so far. Although each medical professional and other staff have different responsibilities throughout the day, we still function well collectively as a team.

Working at Princeton Longevity has been incredibly rewarding. I’m part of a close knit company and team that is dedicated to changing lives and making a difference. 

My job here has allowed me to expand my knowledge, skill set, and grow immensely. I was provided tools and training along the way to help ensure I succeeded in my role here and have always felt support from the company. 

Not many can say their company is there to listen to their feedback and ideas to implement which really makes PLC stand out. You’re given the opportunity to allow your voice to be heard. 

Overall, I’ve been extremely happy with my decision to join PLC and look forward to continuing to be a part of this company. 


Working at a company that saves lives is amazing. As a Patient Care Coordinator I feel like I make a difference every day. The Patient Care Team/Sales Department are dedicated, compassionate and team-focused. The entire staff is welcoming and engaged in patient success. Incredibly smart, industry leading doctors and highly trained clinical staff. No weekends, evenings, holidays... Plus Employee Appreciation days and great benefits with 401K, profit sharing and more.

The technology is horrible and very slow. The printers do not work. Upper management is aggorant and unapproachable. Furthermore, upper management is abusive and tries to intimidate you. Leadership is non existing and problems arise multiple times and nothing ever gets done. This place is Smoke and Mirrors. You get your own office which is a plus and nobody bothers you. The day goes slow due to a broken system they have which is not efficient. 


If you’re considering a job here read all the reviews. Most of them are 1 star for a reason. You do not want to work here. The people are not great, the schedule is the worst, the pay is not good at all, and you are basically just a personal assistant to rich people all day (this really isn’t a medical assistant job they just make it sound like it is). What you do for most of the day is dropping them off and picking them up from scans down the street. 

Would not recommend this as a place to work long term.
CEO un realistic in expectations of employees work day.  CEO creates stress by expecting zero defects in the work day.  A handful of employees have been there for more than 5 years most leave or are terminated with in 2-6 months.

Computers always failing as lab equipment.

They do great work where patients health are concerned. However, they care more about how much money and prestige their patients have than anything, and will overwork you for less than the poverty line pay; to keep the "very important" rich clients happy. Doctors, CEO's and management will expect you to dedicate all of your time and effort for little pay and treat you like a personal assistant.

a very unique department in the company! Close team to work together with that is there to help ensure you succeed and develop new skills. Ability to learn many of the ins and outs and be a part of the company's incredible mission of changing and savings lives. 

The management is sooo rude and so are the doctors. If they don’t like what you do or say they fire you with no cause. They are sneaky people and two faced so watch out . The pay is not worth it only to get your feet wet and than move on. Trust me this company should not be open based on what they charge theses clients. It’s stuff your doctor and do too
